always go in person however was unable to today wanted to place a to go order and when i called i received attitude and was told i would have to come into the store and place the order there and then wait…. what is the point of me placing a pick up order if i have to go in the store and then wait there…. anyways i did pick up order for another ihop further from home instead and will just do so next time there.

I am quite frustrated that my Uber Eats order was defaulted to this particular location. The food consistently appears to be overcooked, and the orders are frequently inaccurate. For instance, I recently ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and they arrived burnt and the wrong pancake type. Additionally, the Colorado omelet I received was overcooked and exceptionally dry. The service and food quality at this establishment have been consistently unsatisfactory.

I have my family of 7 an we did not get together most of the food was cold an the happy face kids pancake was not made correct they were out of hot chocolate they what's out of strawberries for the kids meal , and I was told by the server that it was shift change.That's why my food was coming out horrible but the manager gave me a little discount.But I still paid about sixty five dollars for cold food
