Okay.. I want to start out by saying our waitress was very sweet. The food was...how do I say...I'll just explain. My order came w/ a side of hair. One employee was sweeping right at everyone's tables while food was being eaten. Then she followed up w/ mopping, using the strangest smelling mop I'd ever smelled! It wasn't pleasant and most definitely not sanitary. There was never a caution sign put out during or after the fact, either. All-in-all, should have just gone to Waffle House. ??♀️

My friend and I love coming to this location not only because of the food which never disappoints but mainly because of the service. We always order the Rise and Shine breakfast and my friend doesn't eat the hash browns so he always asks if he can get an extra egg in place of them and they are always willing to accommodate his requests with a smile on their face. The staff is very friendly from the door to the table and the cooks know what they're doing when it comes to your food. I asked for my eggs over medium and they always came out perfect plus it's at the table quickly and hot. Plus they are on point with the coffee refills without us asking. Not much parking especially since they are surrounded by hotels and the rodeo but we've never had to wait long.

Went to eat here from out of town and that was a big mistake! Bathrooms were a total disaster and My poor server was being yelled at by her manager right in front of us and my food got spit in. What a hell hole! Clean this place up and get better management! I’d give zero stars if I could. 10/10 don’t recommend. I’ll be putting a call into corporate.

The manager is rude as hell and she treats the staff like their trash under her feet. The food was cold and the service was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. This place has gone down hill completely. They are in need of actual adult management.

Potatoes were not correct they were very bland. Asked for side salads on the mobile app and I did not get them. Had to ask for them. Beef tips we're supposed to have gravy and I had to all for the gravy. Then they have me white gravy instead of Beef gravy. Not good.

So we ordered eggs Benedict and the south of the borders cooks messed up the order not once but twice because they can't read what we ordered. Plus the eggs for the Benedict came out hard boiled because it was overcooked. The 2nd time it still wasn't runny like it should be but it was gel like....still over cooked. $40 for 2 messed up eggs Benedict and no flavor to speak of. I'm over it.
