Had Anthony as our host and server. Poor guy was sitting everyone and working every table alone. By the time we left he had about 7 tables, 3 of which came in at the same time. He kept calm and just pushed through. Really respectful, nice, and hard working guy.

I came out here on a whim with a party of three. I was not introduced or greeted by hostess. I had to awkwardly stand there for a solid two minutes, which I didn’t mind. The main thing I wanna bring up is that the service and the food timing was so slow. I had to wait 40 minutes just for three entrées and it wasn’t busy at all. What bothered me even more was that tables that sat after me got served their food before me which did not make sense to me at all. During this wait there was no check ups with our server asking us how we were doing or updates on food. When the food got there, they ended up forgetting my pancakes, but at that point it was so upset, that I didn’t really care at all.

I was here on saturday with family and it was just one manager taking a bunch of tables cause they server didnt come in…. My food came out all messed up but the manager josep got our food fixed and he apologized so it was ok after that…They need to staff more people during the day but joseph was a super nice

Gross, nasty, disgusting and gross again that’s all I’m saying, every time I order food from here no matter what it’s always missing something, is cold, is wrong, they can’t get anything right to save their life, but they sure can charge a lot of money for slop

When I walked through the door this big burly super nice black man met me at the door with a smile. Took me to my seat and came back with that same smile and asked if evening was OK. My waitress was young and pleasant however, she hasn't quite mastered the smile technique during the whole process. She smiled at the end so that was enough. My food was good and hot. I had the chicken waffles and pancakes with hot chocolate. Overall, I was happy with the service. Eye contact and smiles are essential.

My server Juliett was amazing and had everything come out on time. She also made sure my drink was full and did not let it get below half !! Our food was also amazing everything came out perfect!

Service was good and atmosphere was good too. My food order was incorrect and didn’t get an extra side I ordered. The waiter came to the table with the tablet he was holding to pay without a check present. Waiter said they were out of paper.. I don’t get how they would be out of paper for customers to review their check and make sure they are paying for the correct food ordered. After making sure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t get, waiter displayed tip amount on tablet not given a choice of tip. My tip amount was 2 dollars over 20% of the amount charged. So is Ihops 20% a bit more than other places? Not sure but overall I think my experience was not as good as I would have wanted it. People should be aware of this.. when your waiter or waitress says they are out paper, make sure you know what you are paying for and tip what you want and not what they are telling you to tip.
