This place was okay. Hostess said it was a 10 minute wait for two, yet a Family of 5 walked in and were seated immediately. Manager noticed and had us seated rigjt after. Waiter was great!

I waited 20 minutes to get service, just to order takeout. The waitress never returned to take my order. I don't recommend coming at night, as there is only one cook and one waitress.

Even when short staffed, they work their tails off to make sure you are kept in the know when they notice you have been sitting for too long. This is the only location we come to.

The food was good after the order was delivered to not too my liking The second attempt was worse cause the beacon that was cold from the first attempt was recooked and served to be again enough I have noticed it was the same beacon so I asked could the beacon be taken away for fresh beacon and on the third attempt it was a success It took over forty minutes!! When it was all said and done the breakfast turned out good plus the manager took care of my tab

Never been to ihop with a full parking lot and no wait time (till now). Looks like they have new management. The man in charge was keeping the crew moving, he was showing by example too. Sitting people and cleaning tables. Place was clean, bathrooms clean. Food was great. Overall great service. And I’ve been coming here for years. First time I leave a review. Highly recommend.

Just left 5 mins ago you can tell under new management. The two new managers made my family and I time amazing there names were Tom and Sole I believe. They kept checking on me and when my order had a mistake it was fixed within minutes also my server ifoma was spectacularly and very nice

The restaurant was spotless, staff very welcoming and Brandy the assistant manager was kind and very professional. If you’re looking for the Perfect stop in Mesquite Texas to dine. 701 I-30 Frontage rd. Mesquite Tx 75150 is a must stop.
I ordered my pizza online. Took a shower and went ti pick it up. No text or anything indicating it was ready. They cancelled it! I arrived and they said it was sitting for over an hour!! I live 13 minutes away! Terrible. I think they have that 8 dollar deal to get you in the store and reoreder it at full price. Well will go somewhere else where they keep their word.

As a Navy veteran, I’ve had IHOP all over the country, and I can honestly say that Saul and his team in Mesquite are on another level. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was warm, and the service was top-notch.
The food was fresh, cooked just right, and came out quickly. My coffee cup never sat empty, and every detail of my meal was spot on. You can tell Saul and his team take pride in what they do because they go out of their way to make sure every guest feels valued.
This isn’t just another IHOP. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, whether you’re a regular or just passing through. Big thanks to Saul and his crew for making this one of the best IHOP experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.
