Totally and Incredibly Good Burgers, Fresh Cooked and Worth The Price Paying For.
Thanks Guys You Are Awesome !
As a food enthusiast with a penchant for discovering great flavors, I had high hopes for Incredible Burger located inside Town East Mall. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired, both in terms of the food and the overall service.
Starting with the signature Incredible Burger, the patty itself was juicy and well-cooked, showing promise in its execution. However, the bacon—a key element—was overly hard and carried an off-putting texture reminiscent of plastic. It not only distracted from the burger but made it difficult to enjoy. The lettuce was soggy instead of crisp, and the tomato, pickles, and sauce felt disjointed rather than complementary. The burger lacked the harmony one expects from a signature dish.
As for the loaded fries, while the fries themselves were perfectly cooked, the toppings missed the mark. The combination of hot Cheetos, cheese, and jalapeños didn’t blend well, creating a dish that felt overly busy and lacked balance. The bold ingredients seemed to compete rather than enhance one another.
Adding to the disappointment, the service was noticeably slow, which dampened the overall experience. A quicker, more attentive service could have helped offset some of the culinary missteps, but instead, it compounded the frustrations.
In summary, while Incredible Burger shows potential with its core ingredients, there’s a need for greater attention to detail, balance, and execution—both in the kitchen and on the service floor. With some refinement, it could truly live up to its name.
A burger + combo add on for $20 isn’t for everyone but Incredible Burgers is Halal and the meat is more expensive so personally I believe it’s a reasonable price.
My burger was delicious and so was the beef bacon!

The food was alright but 20 something dollars for a burger that doesn’t come with fries is kinda insane. You’re better off getting something like Chick-fil-A. Adding insult to injury is that the environment around the Town East food court is kinda unsanitary.

I had the flamin hot burger with the hot Cheetos on it, seasoned fries, and a brisk ice tea. The order was a bit pricey (22$), but I definitely do not regret it. The burger was probably the best I’ve ever had or definitely in the top 10. It was very well seasoned and the meat was cooked perfectly. 10/10 would eat again

Good burgers....about what I make at home with the chips...I just don't have their secret sauce. Good for a mall burger. I'll have another or 2 in the future.
