Terrible service. At night, I ordered my food at 11:45 and they didn't give it to me until 1:00 am. I had to wait in the drive thru. I looked in the app to find out how to cancel my order or get my money back, but I couldn't find any option. Don't come to this jack in the box.

Omg this is the worst Jack and the box ever. The employees are very rude and non-cooperated got my food cold have my order wrong 2 times had to wait long then they got mad because I converted them. I'm really disappointed and never got my full order plz do better to your customers and respect at all times and stop making people's food cold.
I received a combo with spoiled meat and a horrible smell.

I will never buy the Sourdough Grill Cheese again. It was cold as if it had been sitting and the cheese wasn’t melted. I had to go home and refry it. NEVER AGAIN!!!
