I went tuesday to get some tacos, a chicken sandwich and a milkshake and the food was very excellent! the kind young man that took my order was very nice and helpful with my order his name was Melvin, i will visit again for sure soon!

I stopped 6:30 today #21 was old and cold tasting, the bread was dry. I have never had this bad quality of food from this location. The customer service was great. The wasn't happy, I had a very I pset stomach after I got to work.

The Jack n the box off Galloway in mesquite tx next to wells Fargo should be ashamed at the quality of the meal i received. The meat on my burger was hard and dry as if it had been sitting out for a while and was placed in a microwave when someone ordered that particular burger. I wouldn't dare serve anyone that... especially a paying customer. I'm actually upset at myself for thinking I was going to get a quality meal knowing most fast food restaurants could care less what they give you as long as you're paying your hard earned money. This is unacceptable and wrong to give your customers this level of service. I believe that Chick fil la is the only fast food restaurant that takes pride in serving their customers. Lesson learned and I won't be going there again...the health department would not approve

I ordered a sourdough jack combo and they didn't put any cheese on it. Didn't noticed until I made it home. Not very nice at all!!!!
Sold me a garden salad with no cheese on it. I noticed it had only lettuce, tomatoes and carrots only once I got all the way home. I called the store and asked if the southwest salad comes with shredded cheese the lady that answered said yes. I then asked does the other salad come with cheese on it? She said yes. I asked well why does my salad not have cheese on it she said well hold on let me see if it comes with cheese. I told her I’m on my way back up there.. I returned to this location and she get to the window and says I told u on your first visit that jack in the box has made a lot of changes And I immediately asked for a refund because why not offer to add cheese on my salad versus having a debate about the same shredded cheese that you stated over the phone comes with the salad I paid for. Public service announcement : check your food anytime you order during the night shift Everyone!
