Forgot about us being outside, forgot about our order, we went inside reminding them that we were waiting for more than 30 minutes and then they started talking bad saying “these hoes do too much” and “i came to get payed not played” and they completely ignored us. Customer service was an absolute 0/10

My wife and I stopped by to say that they love the hamburgers from this restaurant, but when we arrived very happy we wanted to wash our hands before ordering and Mrs. Maria told us that the bathrooms were for customers only, we were going to wash our hands because we did not feel good eating without washing our hands first, she continued talking to us heavily telling us that she was the manager there and could do whatever she wanted, I respect that, I have no problem, I am a restaurant manager, I will never treat customers badly, I will recommend that she leave that restaurant because I think she does not have good customer service, after we washed our hands we came to order and she did not serve us, the cook came and told us that she will serve us and never arrived like an older person, she should retire, that job is not for her, I think she should take care of her little ones at home, she will give all the customers a career, I do not know why she took that way of treating us if we are educated and we do not go around dressed like We are beggars, . Maybe she is illegal in this country and believes that everyone is like her and she treated us badly. May God bless her . I recommend to the owner hire another manager who treats his clients better.

2-8-25 went through the drive thru at 3:55 pm. sat there for a good 10 minutes before our order was taken and had to repeat it twice and it was still wrong .ordered a regular coke and an unsweet tea. the girl decided we wanted a coke zero and a peach tea and that is even on our receipt as well but it isn't what we ordered. then we were told they don't carry unsweet tea and only and peach tea which is a lie. so we told them give us a regular coke as we had ordered and the coke zero or what we were told was a coke zero. the coke zero was a regular coke as well. The food..... the fries were cold and were not cooked all the way and the egg rolls were over cooked and tasted burned as well. The girl at the drive thru was not trained right and i don't think was even ready to be at the drive thru just yet either. You got to get your staff and restaurant up to parr. i saw the reviews and they are super bad just like this one

It’s around night time the line gets long and I understand it’s a rush but I also don’t understand why they make us pull to the curb and wait for 15-20 minutes for them to make our orders. They just pull us to the curb so that their time system doesn’t mess up on them. Instead you (supervisor) reading the reviews how about you go help them out.
Also Destiny was very polite and kind with my order and handle my situation very professionaly, but whoever is in charge has to step in and help.

Went thru the drive thru today 1/10/25 and the girl that took my order was rude with so much attitude plus I told her my order loud and clear and she had me repeat to her at least 3x. I truly think when hiring people it should be people that love people.. get better employees!
Waited 5 min just to say my order at the speaker, I say hello and all they say is one second and have me wait again. Waited at the window and when I got my order none of my fries are in the bag. I go inside and they give me just one, I they’ll then I have two and the girl says no you don’t. I had to show her my receipt so I could get my other fries. No customer service whatsoever

I'm sorry to say that this place is very strange, it doesn't have service to eat inside, and because of the terrible Drive-Thru, the service takes a long time to deliver and to top it all off, the food was very cold🤦♀️
