The last few times iv gone there at night they say there system is down of it's one time fine but 3 different times rather close the store at night or get someone that wants to work overnight.

I literally just sat at this location for 15 minutes and there were 3 people inside one heavier guy in back on his phone and one Hispanic lady that just looked at me and walked off and one young lady that was supposed to be taking orders on her cellphone, she also seen me at the window and walked upfront, neither 3 of them came to the window, than my son called to ask if they were open the young lady answered and said yes than hung up but never came to the drive thru, I’m very pist off, there were 2 cars behind me asking what’s going on, it’s awful here this isn’t the first time this has happened here, they need to get their shit together!!!
Not to sure who is manager. Outside waiting to pick up my order I put through the app. One worker comes to the window and ask what’s the name I tell him my name. He comes back sits in the lobby. I’ve been outside waiting about 8 minutes. Rang door bell again another worker comes out and says was up ? I’m excuse me I think there is a way to say how can I help you. I’m am still currently waiting on my order . Order said it was going to be done @ 11:33pm Current time 11:43

Forgot about us being outside, forgot about our order, we went inside reminding them that we were waiting for more than 30 minutes and then they started talking bad saying “these hoes do too much” and “i came to get payed not played” and they completely ignored us. Customer service was an absolute 0/10

My wife and I stopped by to say that they love the hamburgers from this restaurant, but when we arrived very happy we wanted to wash our hands before ordering and Mrs. Maria told us that the bathrooms were for customers only, we were going to wash our hands because we did not feel good eating without washing our hands first, she continued talking to us heavily telling us that she was the manager there and could do whatever she wanted, I respect that, I have no problem, I am a restaurant manager, I will never treat customers badly, I will recommend that she leave that restaurant because I think she does not have good customer service, after we washed our hands we came to order and she did not serve us, the cook came and told us that she will serve us and never arrived like an older person, she should retire, that job is not for her, I think she should take care of her little ones at home, she will give all the customers a career, I do not know why she took that way of treating us if we are educated and we do not go around dressed like We are beggars, . Maybe she is illegal in this country and believes that everyone is like her and she treated us badly. May God bless her . I recommend to the owner hire another manager who treats his clients better.
