Iāve been trying to get a refund since 9/30/2025 for an online order that I wasnāt able to pick up because there was chaos going on at 5 am and only the drive thru was openā¦ according to the lady that was on the speaker she was having to call the police about someone. I didnāt want to be involved in whatever was going down and I also didnāt want to be late to work for that reason so I had to drive away empty handed. I expected the refund process to be easy but my experience has been far from it.
My time was wasted and Iāve inquired 3 times on the āHey Jackboxā link and nothing has happened, it seems pretty useless. It said that it would send it to the store manager and they would get back to me. Itās been almost 3 weeks since and I havenāt heard anything from anyone. I just need my money back, why is that so difficult to do with a corporation of this size! If only there was a number to call and not a submission box that leads you no where. At this point I might just have to dispute this charge with my bank! Very poor customer service.

Terrible I was at the speaker for awhile saying hello no one would talk back after a few minutes I drive off and looked in the window and saw a woman just standing there the other employee was outside talking to his friend in his car. This was my go to breakfast spot but not anymore Iāll just go up the road to mcds atleast they answer the speaker
