Employee would not speak up, had to repeat my order for a peach tea 3x. Got to the window and was told no peach syrup. Ordered half and half tea. What I got was so thick (straight sweet tea) and no ice at all. Just need to train their employees better.

I loved this Jack n a Box! Others ones I've experienced either forget something in your order or serve food that wasn't fresh. But this one, everything was fresh, they didn't forget anything with my order, and they older guy that was working drive thru gave excellent customer service!

My order is always on point when I come to this particular location. Never fails. Employees need a raise or a bonus or something. Been coming to this location for almost 2 years now since I moved into the area. I have to give credit when it’s do. I really hope corporate or management see this and blesses the employees.
