Rude service I asked them to make my sandwich a specific way they did not follow and Ashley just as rude as she looks

They put the sandwiches on the counter without putting the paper wrap on the counter. That's not sanitary. And when I asked the person about it, he said that's what they always do unless someone request to put the paper down. That's ridiculous and obsurd.

Area manager Kylie rude over talk customer. Doesn’t listen to customers at all. Employees standing around states she busy as she doesn’t want to hear what I have to stay. Call store manager no apology just listen and then said bye. Will not return.

I ordered two regulars and it was $21.11 I gave them a $100 dollar bill and 11 cents they gave me $78 and I told her that it was short and she counted it and didn’t say sorry and threw the dollar bill at me. she’s the manager.

Been coming here for a while. Manager and workers here are beyond amazing! Regardless of how busy it is. They got the orders through very fast and efficiently! Lexi today was awesome! She communicates well and has fantastic vibes along with her co workers!!! Will always be your customer and will always refer people your way! Have a blessed one!

I used to stop and get sandwiches here but I quit, since I saw a couple of the guys start cleaning around the restaurant and then walk over and instead of washing their hands, just grab some other gloves and want to proceed to make sandwichs. Who wants to eat with gloves that are handled by the fingers that took off the last gloves that were all over the garbage can? That's disgusting!

Staff is very friendly and professional every time i’ve been (which is a lot). They are extremely fast when it comes to online and in person orders. The store is always clean and put together, i love it there.
