Such speedy service just like the old commercials! The GM at this location is phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make my first experience at Jimmy John’s a good one! Food is okay. Service is HORRIBLE! Two ladies that work there and one literally stays on her phone while customers walk in, order, just GLUED! Tables are dirty so its not like there’s nothing to do. Very disappointing!

Waited 2 hours and never received delivery, called and they gave push-back instead of offering a refund or a new order. Turned out they delivered it to the wrong house on the wrong street, and it sat on their porch until the next day - which the order said to hand it, not leave it at the door. Very disappointing experience to say the least, don't think I will be ordering from this location again.

Five stars on a Sandwich? Well four didn't do it justice. So been seeing commercial for the new toasted Italian sub and wife and I decided to give it a try. We had never been or ordered from Jimmy John's before. I do like a good Italian sub and especially if it's toasted. The bread was good and not too thick. The sandwich had plenty of meat which I like. We also ordered the toasted beef and cheddar. Overall they were great our only beef so to speak was that they were expensive, we spent $30 on a couple sandwich combos. We will definitely try it again and we downloaded the app to see if we can get any specials.
