me and my boyfriend went to Jimmy John’s a couple days ago Around 8:35 PM and we took a minute to look over the menu before ordering once we headed over to the counter the cashier was too busy on her phone to attend us she finished sending her message before getting our order in. When we got home and i took a bite of my sandwich it had one singular slice of turkey… mind you the bread at jimmy johns is thick. So i was pretty much eating a loaf of bread with mayonnaise. Definitely would not go back after that first impression was not good at all.

Let me start by saying this is the second time this happens at this location. I clearly stated NO MAYO NO CUCUMBERS AND WHAT DID THEY PUT MAYO AND CUCUMBERS. THEN EXPECTED ME TO GO AND PICK UP S REPLACEMENT. IF I WOULD HAVE HAD THE TIME TO GO I WOULD HAVE GONE IM THE FIRST PLACE. SELFISH AND CARELESS. I got my money back but now I have no lunch. The sandwich makers are the best, the staff is friendly, you can get in and out in less than 5 minutes and for someone on the go that means a lot, so one of the best jimmy johns I've ever been to
There was a short heavier set woman with box braids working the front register. Her attitude was so nasty that I saw 2 customers walk out offended. I will not be back to this location.
