I got today 1/2 Dozen original and Chocolate iced. Very delicious! My family and I are customers for this company. I really love it. I am sad to see the bad reviews. I hope the management can look at them and fix the situation and improve this location. You have very good reputation, so work on keeping it for you and for your customers. ❤️
With all these negative reviews you would think they would change something but apparently not. Just went to this location for the first time in over a year and the employees are clueless. Paid for my donuts to only have another employee try to tell me to pay again. Even when I said I had already paid, he acted like I didn’t and wanted to see my receipt. The donuts are good so i don’t understand why the employees are so unprofessional.
Ordered my doughnuts via the app and drove to the store to pick them up. I arrived early in my order was already ready. The service was fast. The location was clean. The cashier was really friendly. I got a great value because I used the buy one get one free offer. My donut was everything that Krispy Kreme advertises their doughnuts to be.. soft, flavorful and definitely full of glaze.
