I just wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. The food was great! Everything was made fresh right after I ordered it, and the seasoning was perfect. It truly enhanced the flavors and made for a delightful meal. Looking forward to my next visit!

I waited more than 20 mins for a 3 piece tender and gizzard/liver meal. I noticed the price online did not match the price I was charged and asked would the lower price be honored. The cashier told me it would not be, that she only worked here, and it was old. She called the owner and the price still was not changed. I waited for an additional 6 minutes while she gave other people their food and had the owner on speaker phone as I waited for my refund. Then the cook comes from the kitchen and does the refund!!! Major waste of my time and poor customer service. I will never return

If I could leave 0 stars I would !!! Its ALWAYS something with them fr . I’ll call in my order and it still wont be ready . PLEASE get a STAFF and not 2 people working at a time , the service is ridiculous!!! I just had to get a refund ! Its annoying ! On multiple occasions my food is never ready!

I keep giving this place chance after chance and it doesn’t get any better ? The owner is sweet as can be though

So im a firm believer of minority owned businesses, especially black owned. I decided to pay Kyra's a visit today for the first time. Entering into the restaurant it was due to it being a Sunday. With the restaurant being empty I just knew that my food would be fresh and at its peak. I approach the cashier, she was a teenager and somewhat welcoming, I proceed to order the Sweet and Spicy chicken sandwich. If anyone know me, they know I love chicken and spicy. Anyway she take my order and I receive it approximately 5-7minutes which is not bad. I open the bag and the presentation is well delivered. Sandwich look cooked to perfection the fries seasoned at minimum. I got for the fries first and they are slightly below average for "MY" taste in "MY" opinion. I finish the fries though because my stomach was on my back. I proceed to move on to the sandwich. The sandwich was beautiful and wet with seasoning and spicy. I take my first bite and instantly fell in love. That Sweet and Spicy sandwich was on point and spicy just the way I like it. I will definitely pay Kyra's another visit in the future. I only ask that yall improve the fries if possible. Fries are pretty much a staple to the meal, other than great job.

Horrible. Owner is an absolute B....! I liked coming here when Shanikea was working because she was so nice, awesome and would always go above and beyond. Food is now horrible and owner just doesn't care...Bring back Shanikea....don't waste your time going here.

Shanikea's values - smiles, nice to the customer, makes fresh food for the customer per their request.
Owner's values - nasty nasty to the customer, lies right to your face, gives you old food that's been sitting around for 2 days (you cannot make a pork chop in one minute).
* This was the response I expected from the owner.. I will take my business elsewhere... And I advise everybody who reads this to do the same... Don't waste your time or money!!

***2nd response to owner - more blatant lies from the owner. Shanikea did not have to go back to Jamaica, employees told me she was let go for making fresh food for the customers. Owner wants old food that's been sitting around all day to be given to the customers... The owner herself gave me a pork chop in one minute... Was cold and obviously was cooked the day before. Owner needs to come up with new values for herself. What a disgrace!

Waited 45 minutes to get stale fries and dry chewy chicken, this place used to be good but it sucks now, save your time and money go elsewhere!!

This my second time trying to support the business but I ordered fish nugget not finger tip overseaoned crust

The 2 times I visited, service was really slow. It takes 20-30 mins for them to cook and bag the food. The fried chicken was good, although the breasts are usually tough and rubbery. The fries are prepackaged, thin, and overcooked.
The A/C doesn’t working. It was in the upper 80s/lower 90s and when I exited, it was cooler outside.
