Food is excellent service abismal. I had to tell them when my food will be ready after 25 min of waiting. They told me they’ll make it right away guess tickets get thrown out after you order. I came back a 2nd time since the food is great but again after 25 min order wasn’t ready. It was only for 1 person order! The lobby’s was empty! Not coming back. Aside from that $5 soda?!?

Very bad experience, I asked for a Torta de Alambre and they gave me a Torta with beans, cheese, avocado and tomato and only a few small pieces of fajina, it was a very unpleasant experience and it was better to leave the cake to them and I didn't eat anything and I just lost my money .

Ordered through uber eats. My husband picked up the food and we realized they forgot 3 tacos and 1 quesadilla when we got home. I called them, figuring they realized the mistake…. The dude who handed us the food (Omar or Oscar)swears we lied and were apparently trying to steal food, cause why would anyone lie? Like bro, you made a mistake. Accept it and move on. He didn’t even check the bags, he just handed it to us. Like how is he assuring the order was right? Believe me, I was not trying to steal $20 worth of tacos

Honestly the horrible cakes, I had a couple of horrible cakes tonight, the bread was very large but very hard, the Milanese was so thin and hard that it looked like a corn tortilla, I don't usually leave these types of comments but when paying almost $30 dollars for a couple of cakes because it gives me the right to do it, they have no idea what a cake is, Cuban cake, the same Milanese that I don't know if it is chicken or beef but super thin and hard, the ham would have to be leg of pork, and only a slice of unseasoned ham as well as the sausages, fresh cheese instead of quesillo or Oaxaca cheese, they want paro, I will gladly tell you how to prepare it and the other ingredients necessary for each cake. I'm not really coming back and the experience was very bad and unpleasant!!

Hoi. My husband invited me and he ate a cake. Very good but I grabbed some tacos and the truth is that the meat was very delicious but the tortilla was unpleasant. Very cold I know that maybe I had a lot of orders but the tortillas were very cold I won't be coming back
El Hechicero was a restaurant of my family, one of the most favorites because of the delicious cakes they sold. Before, I went to one in Mezquite and it was the most horrible experience. We saw cockroaches around our bread and that made me very sad.

Owners of La Hechizera, they need to pay their workers a little better, it was my first time going to buy food and I think it will be the last. The girl who served me had a very angry face, she was not friendly at all and she almost threw the food at me. Their job is attention and kindness, and well, none of that.Please do something... in fact, don't do anything, that's why I saw the restaurant as more lonely than a cemetery.Thank you for your time.
