Little Ceasars sent me an email saying they could not put my order in the portal but the male employee told me to put in a code. I explained I did not get one in the email. This employee interrupted me a couple of times, wanting me to verify my name. He still wouldn’t listen to me about the no code email. On top of it all, I ordered wings and they didn’t even bother to give it to me.

Honestly it's hit or miss it can be really good or it can be really bad.
I ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza. I ordered it through the website and loved it. Made it so convenient. The pizza was very good. We had half pepperoni and half Italian sauage. Will definitely order again.

Entire order from the breadsticks to the pizza was undercooked and no effort was applied when cutting the pizza as the slices were stripped apart at the end from the weirdest intersecting cuts. It's almost like they had a child prepare my order

Ordered a for delivery and got a text that it would be here at 7:26pm. 15 minutes go by I call the store and delivery driver multiple times and no one answered. Called support and they said the driver was waiting on another order that has nothing to do with mine. Call support multiple times informing them that I have a hungry toddler and said it’s nothing they can do. 8pm come and I call support to cancel order only for them to tell me it’s finally on the way. My pizza arrived late and cold and was told I would get a 30% refund which would be around $5 or $6 for my order being over 30 minutes late.

It was good food but The cashier was a phone call for quite some time and didn't quite understand when I told him I had to purchase an extra item. He seems not to understand and kept trying to point out that I only purchased one when I was telling him I need to purchase a second. I had pretzel pizzas and normally they're good but they didn't have enough cheese on them to kind of on the dry side.

I don't set a high bar for Little Ceasar's, but the food is never hot nor ready. Expecting people to wait 20 minutes for mid grade pizza is an odd choice
