This location is So Bad. The girls that work there are super rude. The pizzas are always made with not enough cheese and hardly any sauce. It’s a terrible experience always. I won’t do delivery anymore because I’m stuck with this location for delivery. They use DoorDash for delivery, which I don’t like. The drivers are nice, but the pizza, already really bad, arrives cold.
The other LCs nearby have pizza that has plenty of toppings and is delicious. The employees are friendly and do their best. Run as fast as you can away from this location near Poteet and order from the other locations.

I ordered today, Monday, June 9th. I just got home and realize pizza was very dry and hard to bite, i didn’t go back or anything because i have to go to work but I wasn’t please with my pizza at all

The night shift manager that assisted me on 6/1/25 is always very helpful and welcoming. She always has a great attitude and really make that location very welcoming. This is the second time I have order wrongfully on the website and she has always offered to find a solution for me .

Hispanic female started speaking Spanish regarding a concern about a refund that was owed to me. Very unprofessional. Location was also filthy with poor service from staff. I also watched the person preparing food touch other things and return to preparing the food. Place is trash.

I got there and the two girls who work there were talking to each other (nothing wrong with that) I'm just there standing and watching them talk for about 3 minutes the attendant never looked at me or asked me about what was going to order. She was just laughing and talking ignoring my presence lol it was just me at the place. The pizza tasted different but good.

We order a stuffed crust pepperoni and a 3 meat and cheese pizza and both pizzas lacked a lot of cheese to where you’re pretty much eating just crust and sauce. We will try a different location next time
