We order a stuffed crust pepperoni and a 3 meat and cheese pizza and both pizzas lacked a lot of cheese to where you’re pretty much eating just crust and sauce. We will try a different location next time

Even though this location is the closest to me, I always go to the second and third closest for my many Little Caesar’s orders. Today I wasn’t feeling well and made an exception and ordered at this location. Huge mistake. Once again, I had a bad experience. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt for many things I hate about this location like them being super slow and how sometimes the female employees are so rude. But the thing I don’t excuse is how they massively skimp on the cheese they put on the pizza and cheese bread, to the point that the food is really terrible. I’m kicking myself. I should have just driven farther away. This LC is in a great location for customers. But the food and experience is awful. Note to self: stop coming here!!! You know better!!! Go to the Garland location and the other Mesquite locations. I’m reminding myself of this and definitely recommending this to everyone else. (I did meet someone I think was owner once, and he seemed nice, to be fair. But those employees. Not worth the money for the experience.)

usually I never have problems at this location. today was a first. and honestly it was some employees retarded mistake. everyone knows a large pizza has 8 slices. so if I order a large pepperoni half of it with jalapenos. that means 4 slices have jalapenos. nope. not today. today it meant dump jalapenos on two and ever so lightly spread onto a 3rd slice. let's back up a minute to where the lady nearly gave me someone else's order. I ordered one pizza and crazy puffs. she gave me two pizzas. the manager said 20mins to remake. I'm feeding kids at 7pm. 20 mins is to long. I requested a refund and told her who made the pizza . do y'all know half a large is 4 slices ???? she had no care in the world at the mistake. I asked for corporate number she said they don't know if there is even a corporate?!
I will take my money to another location. my order wasn't even ready when it was supposed to be ready . it was ready 15 mins past pick up time. and today is not the day to play with me over some food.
