Good service but bad is the food
I have been coming here for years out of convenience and it’s mainly for my son because if it was up to me, I would not be eating this nasty ass pizza. (We always get plain cheese) I would be driving to the fuel city location or the garland location because every single time after years of me buying this pizza, it is disgusting in comparison. It makes me not like Little Caesars but it’s literally just this location. I have no idea what they’re doing wrong but they make some nasty ass food here. And honestly, I’m kind of tired of paying for crap, but if my eight-year-old son eats it, I guess whatever. Seriously though the fuel city location taste like a completely different pizza chain. It’s 100 times better. Highly recommend fuel city Little Caesars.

If I could rate this ZERO, I would. We love LC. This was the last straw!! My husband ordered quite a bit of food and had it delivered. The delivery guy marked it as delivered. My husband went outside to pick it up and he saw the delivery guy walking away with our food. We BOTH tried calling the store, corporate, and doordash. No one answers the phone. And the delivery driver turned his phone off. My food was stolen. The store will not refund my money. I'm beyond angry. This store NEVER gets it right. And we go WEEKS AND MONTHD between services. Yall need a phone that you actually ANSWER!!! It's bull crap that NO ONE ANSWERS!!
The BBB will also be getting a report filed as well. I don't like causing trouble, but I absolutely HATE when companies don't respond to an issue.
I want my money back or my food. I had half a mind to go to the store in person and raise hell. I was on my way home from work when my husband called me.

Do NOT come to this little Caesar’s, they are racist and will not cooperate no matter the amount proof you have. I ordered pizza, sent my cousin, who is a person of color, to pick it up and they would NOT give him the pizza we paid for. The confirmation code was shown through online and they still refused to give it to us. Had to pay for the whole order after paying for it once but there was some “magical reason” (they didn’t explain or apologize at all) we had got a refund. Keep in mind it is the second time they have done this to him. I have never had this issue and I am never asked to show a confirmation code but my cousin, who is a person of color!, always has this issue.
they got bad servicies, we arrived and no one took my order, I waited outside for more than 30 minutes and the pizza was incorrect, clearly the one who took my order had airpods

Called little Caesar’s at 9:40 to place and order and no one answered. I got the doors around 9:45 (I live about 3 minutes away) and the doors were already locked. I pulled up to the drive through window and they said they had no more pizza at 9:50 but supposedly they close at 10pm? Terrible!

They need to change there name. Little Caesars Pizza is supposed to be hot n ready. Everyone is parked outside waiting for pizza. Been here 30 minutes waiting on 1 order of Stix and slices so I can go home after a hard day of work. I feel trapped waiting on pizza..

This location is terrible each visit, they never have any upfront giving orders or filling the oven for the online orders. Needs proper management

Got the pepperoni slices and Stix and it was extra good today. The crust was light and crispy , and the Stix were buttery with just the right amount of garlic

I went into order a pizza. Ordered the 3 meat for $8.99. Was charged $9.99. When I asked Liz b., about it, she paused and said oh yea that's for on line orders only. I took a picture of the advertisement. It said from 4-8pm, nothing about on line only. I asked for dip. She said if I wanted any dip I had to pay $.99. I didn't ask for extra, just 1. When I called Corp., I was told that special was last month. I asked why was it still up in the store for $8.99? I am waiting to hear from them.

The only thing that's good about the place is a guy who is very friendly and he feels sorry for having to go out and show his face because he never has anything. He spends half an hour waiting for a Hawaiian pizza. And when they finally come out to give it to me he tells me that Excuse me, but the pineapple ran out, it only had cheese, ham, my pizza when I parked at Dry True, a horrible smell of drainage, a thin girl looked at me, and instead of serving me, she turned her back on me, she didn't even say hello, she was even very rude. To the other employees, I think she has the wrong role of manager if she is. Why instead of helping him she only spends her time scolding them and making horrible signs with her face, it seems as if she were drugged...
