Visited last Saturday and I've been meaning to post this forever. Walked in and it smelled like fresh cookies, which is always a plus. I dont usually shop in Mesquite and wanted to grab a soup and sandwich. I got a friendly greeting and the service was so much better than I expected. Shoutout to the gentleman with the glasses. I think his tag said Dustin, he was great. Soup was hot sandwich was good and the tea was perfect. Thank you for all you do.

We have visited McAlister’s Deli since the first week it opened. We have observed many changes and much growth in the management at the Mesquite location. One very good change is the hiring of Winter. She is kind, respectful, smart, intelligent, courteous, personable, charismatic, perspicacious and professional. She ensures that every order is filled correctly and to the customer’s satisfaction. For that, we are grateful. She has proven that she is management ready. She would make a GREAT restaurant manager at McAlister’s. Everyone respects her leadership and management skills. She is always busy checking orders before they are served and putting on the finishing touches, She is driven. We ALWAYS look forward to talking to her whenever we place our orders to-go each week. The food was OK, but the service was great our French dip came out overdone we returned it, and the one they brought back was great If I could write the food and the service separately, the food would’ve been about a 3.5 but the service was five stars

Walking into this McAlister’s feels less like grabbing lunch and more like stepping into a sitcom I never want canceled.
Wendy may be quiet, but don’t let that fool you—she’s got radar for empty cups and sandwich cravings. She’s the sweet one who somehow manages to refill your tea before you even notice it’s low.
Then there’s Diane. Her customer service is as consistent as her hair color is not. You never know what shade you’re getting that day, but you can always count on her to make you laugh and get your order right.
Honey and Winter? Absolute rays of sunshine. They’re the kind of people whose smiles make you forget you just spent ten minutes deciding between a Spud Max or a club sandwich.
If customer service were an Olympic sport, this team would have gold medals and sweet tea in their hands.

Older black lady was extremely rude with a smart mouth for no reason. I went in and walked up to the girl at the register the older black lady was looking at me like I had 3 heads while she was suppose to be packing an order. I let them know I was her to pick up a order the girl at the register asked her if she had the order her response was “I got it but it’s not ready” not 1 time did I say the order was ready I was just checking in letting them know I was there. When it was time for me to get my order she just sat the order on the counter and walked away.
