my sister made a mobile order about 40 minutes ago. we were missing a free fry that was bought with points, and large fry that we actually bought. we went back for the large fry, but realized they forgot the free fry too late. we got home to eat our food, and we were a bit disappointed to see no free fry, cold nuggets, and a moldy bun. i dont usually make reviews, but i wanted to express my concern and disappointment with this location. sadly, this is the first time i've been let down by this location. and it sucks because it is down the road from my neighborhood! i'm hoping the quality of this mcdonalds location can improve with this slight criticism, because me and my sisters like going to this location!

So one day I went thru drive through and the guy taking the money, a chubby guy, acting like he didn't want to be there and had a attitude about him. The second day, because I had to get breakfast, the lady taking my order with heavy accent can't get anything right. I can't drink sugar so I asked her for sweetener in my coffee and they gave me coffee with sugar. I asked her to please change it. She disappeared for less than 10 seconds and came back and I know she gave me the same coffee. I had to go in there and insist to get a black coffee where I put my own sweetener in. It's crazy because I'm a diabetic. You're talking about People's health here! This McDonald's sucks they need to weed out these incompetent people

Will be perusing a lawsuit due to the fact your night employees make us get out at night while ice is on the ground! That is unacceptable especially being your side walk is covered in ice and made me injury my knee.
Closes it lobby at 10. All the other stores are keep their lobby open to 11. You can only stay in there for 30 minutes and you don't get free refills.

Service is a bit slow sometimes waiting on someone to come to the counter or getting the food after ordering tableside, however the food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere is not the greatest. Their is so many high school kids in there during the day that you can't even sit anywhere, and don't even get me started with the rudeness they display with sitting on the tables and cursing.

Second time trying this particular location and I have for the first time ever ordered McChicken wraps and they were amazing I will definitely be going back to this location hoping for the same great food and experience
