Worst drive thru experience! Cashier on the phone before accepting my payment! 15 to 20 minutes wait on drive thru for just 1 car ahead of me and he only ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets I guess waiting as well to place order! Only 3 cars on both lanes unbelievable!!! Not going there anymore at that location! I love Mac but they stuck on service there in mesquite tx!

If I could add 0 stars I would. After calling 8 times I finally got an answer and the manager (Ismael) hung up on me very rudely out of nowhere. Straight up disrespectful! I called back and instead of him at least acknowledging all he did was tell me his name which I doubt it’s even the right one.

I ordered a Mac chicken sandwich along with a DD cheese burger got home the chicken sandwich was ice cold like it has been in a refrigerator,I called spoke with the manager Hector and he said I can come bk an they will remake it,I said ok an are u gone refund me too for my inconvenience he said no,an I said y’all serving frigid cold food and inconveniencing me and u think it’s ok no type of accommodation he just held the phone so I took the food bk and will never go there again,if I was Hispanic he would hv went above an beyond

So by the time that they served my Dasher an hour later my food was cold they put ketchup on my burger when I'm allergic to tomatoes and the french fries were cold and greasy whoever is running this place needs to step up their game your employees aren't even aware that there's doordashes outside and also they never even gave me my receipt so I could call their corporate

Most employees are ok but they take a while to get to you. I also don't understand why they lock the restrooms.just because a lot of high schoolers come in. If you don't want the high school kids here then this is the wrong location to have opened up mcds

I ordered off the app twice and went to the drive thru and both times my order was wrong then when I go to pick up my replacement items, an employee belched so loud around the food, it was so freaking disgusting!!! The management is rude and lack professionalism!! The dont answer the phones nor return calls unless you actually go inside!!! Like fire the entire team and hire people who actually want to work!!! I dont know how many times came through and they are gathered around laughing and talking!!!! Please dont waste your time at this location, go to the one on belt line down the street, at least your order will be correct and the ice cream machine works!!! They could've hired people who actually want to work and hired a manager thats there to run the store and not there just for the title!!!
