The AM morning crew are always ready to serve and greet customers. The evening crew after 3PM are the worst. These people will always get your order wrong, they are lazy, bunch of teenagers flirting and not being attentive to their customers. The ice cream machine NEVER works or how else should I say it- they just NEVER MAKE TIME TO CLEAN IT! Today as we pulled up we placed our order as usual and pulled around to pay at the window this ignorant teenager told us “Sorry but our location just ran out of meat.” I didn’t quite understand the reason for him to have even taken our order to even begin with?! These teenagers enjoy fooling around with their customers. This location is losing business and customers due to their lack of service. I’ll be making the addition 3 minute drive to the other McDonalds location to assure my food will be fresh and that their ice cream machine is actually working!

Certain shifts are very rude toward certain races, all I can say. If I say something is wrong with my food, why not just fix it!! Mind boggling management skills.

I stopped by for food 20 mins ago because I was on my way home and my order is incomplete. I tried calling the store and they answered and hung up on me. Now I'm on my way back to try and get a refund.

Great place! But the they were some trash in the restaurant, pee on the Bathroom. But the food came quick hot and fresh!

If you know you know. Always check your orders on any McDonald’s. This place not just missed your orders but don’t want to make it right . The manager has a very bad attitude and they don’t even answer their phone number . This is bad for business . Not sure why they never check orders before giving them out. Another issue they have is my items are always squeezed . Do they not train their staff no more . Each bag at the bottom shows how they should assemble each burger and can not have more than a certain qty. I order a lot and they put all in one bag which is bad . McDonald’s has been very bad in reputation. If it wasn’t for the good food I would have stop coming . They forgot 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 has browns my order wasn’t even that big . And manager didn’t even believed me . I paid for it but will never come back . Here is the good phone number I took picture after . Manager said they working in changing it but google change their info fast so don’t know who to believe

I don't know what happened to this place, I've had issues on 3 different occasions. Strike 3 YOUR OUT! They have so many kids and their friends working there. The kids don't take the job serious. They are there to make a few dollars and some so called friends. Their rude and so disrespectful. I live by too many other McDonald's and other fast food places. I'm so done with the one on Beltline and Cartwright. Even the Management is Sorry. BYE FELICIA...🤬🤬🤬

I went here this morning to get a sausage, cheese and bacon McMuffin . I was eating and noticed my McMuffin was gone after 2-3 bites and that’s because they didn’t put my sausage on there so you’re telling me I paid $9 for a bacon/cheese McMuffin smh. I will be going back up there tomorrow and to get my free meal .

I’m so tired of constant issues when ever i go here. I always use the mobile order so try and avoid mistakes,however something is usually wrong when I I do drive thru pick up. Today for instance I asked for honey mustard sauce in my order, went up to pick up and asked again just incase if they put the honey mustard and bbq inside and the person replied yes, went home and behold no sauce in sight, in addition the fries where half full!! (Not the first time)The time before this I went for breakfast I had two hash browns missing. I’ve had many instances in which something is missing or my order isn’t right since I customize (ex:no onions/extra salt) When ever I do the order pickup parking for my order its right which makes no sense since isn’t it supposed to be the same service though?

Just bought an ice coffee that tastes like cough syrup or nyquil! Don't trust this place nomore rather drive far to another McDonalds. They always make you park when ordering even for a small order. Then we end up having to get off because 30min passed, and they still can't bring out the order!

ask the cashier if I could have ketchup and he threw the ketchup in my hand the two girls at the register delivering the food starting laughing I felt so uncomfortable I ask for the manage rthe manager had liquor coming off her breath.very disappointed in the customer service
