I pulled in the drive thru and provided my code. it went through on my phone and the girl was a little confused and asked for it again and i told her again and also let her know it went through on my end but they kept telling me it was invalid. i tried to open the reward again and try it again but it gave me the 15 minute time limit meaning the code went through so i couldn’t give them another code. i told them what the reward was and asked if they could just put the discount but they kept telling me the code was invalid and there was nothing they could do. so i lost my reward and didn’t even get my food. terrible experience

The employees here are very rude and slow. Most of the time , my online order isn't even ready. And they're not very polite and they don't tell you like how long you had you're gonna have to wait for your order. And they don't really care, they act like they're indifferent to the fact of whether they have your business or not, and they're not genuinely happy to serve you as a customer.

This McDonalds was slow and served our food to someone else even though we had a number. Talked to Manager and she didn’t want to remake our order even though it was sitting with another customer for awhile. And when they remade the order they still didn’t make it right. And the the fries were cold letting us know it was not made fresh. Will not trust this McDonald’s again. They may be messing around with your food.

Ordered a frappe at 8:45am didnt get my order till 9:05am horrible service this is the last time coming like everybody running around and nobody know what's going on and the manager Rosalva didnt apologize and didnt take ownership of her mistake
I just ordered 2 egg mcmuffins and bit into one and the whole egg shell was in my damn sandwich. I stop here often on my way to work and this never happened before. Couldn't take it back because I was already at work.

This mcdonald’s is amazing. I ordered breakfast through the app and it got cancelled, I decided to go inside to see what was going on. I ordered breakfast too late through the app, and it was 30 min past breakfast time at this point. I was willing to buy lunch because I knew I ordered too late through the app. I believe the manager showed up not sure what her name was but it was a nice hispanic lady, and said she was gonna check her inventory for the stuff I ordered. She came back and took my order, and gave me exactly what I ordered! I really appreciate the care and the attentiveness of this location because even though I was the customer irresponsible for ordering breakfast late she took her time to get me what I needed. Please treat these people with love and respect as they do us!

It doesn't make sense that I order 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and 1 of the boxes comes with a game piece and the other doesn't. Also my large soda doesn't have any game pieces attached. Employees trying to keep game pieces for themselves? Maybe you ran out of cups with them attached? Either way if that's the case you could inform people.
