I went to walk up to the drive thru since I could not get my semi and trailer in the drive thru or in the parking lot itself. It was around 4am. The lady would not serve me and I told her I have a semi and trailer and she said I would have to park it in the parking lot. Mind you I had it parked in the Walmart parking lot right next to McDonald’s.

Order is always wrong you could tell they 1000 times you want 5 burgers made this way and go over it and over it one or 2 will always be messed up and they get paid good by the hour to but they should not be paid that much it should be minimum wage cause no one there is worth a damn or really cares about your order just the fat check they now get

Quite , place orders on the monitors, a bit of wait but okay, no staff visible , took a few minutes to get food and someone dropped and dessert of ice cream on the floor . No one cleaned it up had to walk around it

They had a long line and handed my order to the people in front of me, then when I got to the window they tried to give me the same food and drink that they gave the customer in front of me. When I asked if they would remake it I was told “they did not touch it” and when I continued to ask for them to remake it I waited for awhile longer, then given the same food and drink they had originally gave to the car in front of me.

I had a Drs appointment in the area so I had a craving for the value cheeseburgers, a small fry (for the ride home LoL) and drink but what I ALWAYS get is the sharable (which I never share) chocolate chip cookies 13 of them in the order... I really love it when they tell me to pull up to one of the numbered spots that always mean that I'm going to be getting hot cookies... making me want one now LoL the majority of the McDonald's never fails me but it always makes me have to make a decision on if I'm going to do hot fries or a hot cookie but my stomach always says heck live it up and do both...bite of the cookie followed by a bite of a fry... the sweet and salty combination is so spot on...dang having to wait until the 3rd Wednesday of the month for my SSDI check... I placed in one the mobile app but I want to say that the staff at both windows were pure awesomeness and I was going to give it tip to the girl that bought my items to the car but she was there and gone like a hit and run... never saying a word or a glance at me... I can't wait until my next Drs appointment in the area so I can go back and order again

Got breakfast from here and the breakfast sandwiches were good but my son's orange juice was watered down and I got a french vanilla latte and it was just black coffee with a hint of color. Not really worth it at this location.

Got a egg and cheese McMuffin and it smelt awful and toxic. As if the egg was expired and it was green 🤢. Threw it away. And also last week I left after 30 mins of waiting at curbside #3 for ice cream cones. Unacceptable. Worst service ever

Came through the drive thru around 12 am and was told I can only have 2 orders per car so I had to go through the drive thru twice. I was missing a mcchicken on the first order. The second order had a burger that was wrong with ketchup and mayonnaise literally all over the top and bottom buns. It’s crazy to me that a lot of the employees at this location do not speak or read English whatsoever. The language barrier is definitely a factor in the poor service.
