Unfortunately this establishment is very dirty. I saw cockroaches everywhere and even a lady at the front counter said “oh it’s normal here what can I get you to eat?” I said nothing and ran out the door. Also I went to give them another try another time a month later just because of the convenience of the trip I went through drive thru and when I order said employee said “ hurry up with your order” very shocked. Then when I went up to the window a lady cussed me out in Spanish thinking I didn’t speak it fluently. Very shocked how people have become accustomed to working like this. Idk if McDonald’s isn’t paying their employees enough or if they hate their lives. Idk and then the lady threw the bag through the window which was very astonishing and I was appalled. Hopefully they get this order re trained and hopefully staff improves their atmosphere and take pride in the cleanliness of said establishment. Maybe it’s the managers fault as well for not setting a good example on how to run things. It’s faulty a slippery slope when management doesn’t take care of the business first. Working in corporate myself I would have thought maybe said establishment had higher standards and I was thinking maybe the leadership was there. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to this McDonald’s until new management or new employees retrained. The group they have there feels like a gang more so than a family. All very thuggish individuals who know how to put on a front.

6am this morning, I pulled up and ask for the buy one breakfast sandwich get one for $1. I pay looked at my receipt and saw everything at regular price. I asked the manager she said only the 3 dollar combo breakfast sandwich I can get that, I'm like what but didn't have time to argue. oh, the breakfast sandwich was cold too as well. This location needs a lot of training and before, this place would never opened in time, but I think they worked that out.

Service was absolutely horrific. I pulled up to the pay window after ordering to the attendant on the phone before he opened th window. Never told me total just asked fory payment. After charging my card I see that the total is double what it should be. Had he told me the total this could have been avoided. He closed the window back and turned his back and went back to being on the phone. After blood wing the horn to get his attention and showing him my recieipt, he directed me to the next window to fix it. They double ordered my order and preceeded to take 3 people and 8 minutes to get it corrected with no apologies for the inconvenience and alot of attitude like it was our fault. Thank you for this experience.

Just moved to the area and this happens to be my closest location. Have stopped here about 3 times now and worse customer service food is always cold I have come for breakfast or evening and it's always the same wrong orders incomplete orders and always rude ppl. They always have you pull to the side not for a huge orders but just 1 or 2 meals

Rude workers. Medicore food. The nuggets were terrible. My sprite was watery. Genuinely, I would eat better at the Griff's across the street with the hair in the burgers. Avoid this place, for your own good.
I was there yesterday and got a fish sandwich and a medium fry it was great everything was fresh. Today I went back and got a McRib which was good. Also got a large fry it was horrible! I tasted old and stale they looked like they was just been sitting there all day. There were a few people in the Drive-Thru so I don't understand why the fries would be like that. This is McDonald's the price should always be good! The service was okay we went through the drive-thru.
