Came for an online order got my food and left but had to come back since they missed my burger and my fries were cold. This location is run by teenagers who do not care about their jobs. Check your food before you leave.

If I could rate yall a zero I would rate yall a NEGATIVE ZERO honey. I just left right now and when the lady first opened the window to give me the drink she didn’t say no hi just shoved the drink down. Then I get my food and ask for a barbecue and I she say it’s in the bag I check in her face and say no it’s not. Then she closes the window and I guess she asked for the manager and she said it’s in the bag but is okay and gives me one. I’m like no ma’am we just checked there’s nothing but thanks like WHATS SO HARD ?? Why yall stingy with sauces bro. Rude from the start for what? LMAO
Food wasn't good it was cold you're always being rush in the drive thru and when they rush they get your order wrong then ask you what was your order if you would slow down and listen you would've got the order right the first time they have a lot of young Hispanic teenagers working and they're playing around in the drive thru talking smart to the people in the drive thru they didn't print out my receipt and the lady in the drive thru try to be a smart mouth I was trying to tell her that they didn't print out my receipt the young hispanic guy that was at the drive-thru taking the money he had walked off for a long time and when he came back he didn't print the receipt correctly I didn't notice until I got up to the window and discovered that my food was missing I was explaining to the Hispanic woman who handed me my food but she wasn't listening and acted as if she didn't understand what I was saying then the manager came and gave me my food it's not the first time they have kept people food the food is never freshly cooked it seems when I eat in the Mesquite area the food and customer service is terrible I want be coming back.

This guy needs training in customer services. This guy asked me if I was going to use my mobile app I said yes gave him the code and after that he said “what you need” seriously!! This is the second time this has happened but last time I totally forgot to report it and today same guy did it again. If I was the manager I wouldn’t have anyone one my team who speaks like that to my customers.

This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m genuinely shocked this location is still operating.
My DoorDash order was a disaster — they forgot an entire combo meal, the fries were ICE cold, and they were out of Diet Dr Pepper. Annoying, but I tried to give them another chance.
Four days later, I went through the drive-thru, ordered a McGriddle meal… and they couldn’t even manage to put cheese and egg on the McGriddle. And unbelievably, they were STILL out of Diet Dr Pepper. How is a major chain out of the same drink for days??
And the communication here is beyond frustrating. The staff struggled so much to understand me that they asked for my name FOUR separate times for my mobile order and still couldn’t get it right. At this point it feels like no one is trained properly or prepared to help customers.
Missing food, cold food, wrong food, zero consistency, and impossible communication. This location is chaotic, unprofessional, and an absolute headache every single time. I’m officially done giving them chances. Management seriously needs to step in and overhaul everything.

This location was very clean and the customer service was very good.
The food was hot & fresh 😋 Not all McDonald's are like that, so this was a breath of fresh air.

Bought a Big Mac meal, 2 snack wraps, 2 large fries, 1 medium fry. When I went to ask for 2 packets of bbq sauce I was charged. It’s only $0.50 which is nothing but this is just corporate greed. You would think that after buying all that you at least have the right to get a couple packets of sauce but no. Won’t be coming here anymore will rather support the Burger King down the road!
I had ordered through Uber eats. I didn't get my fries or my sauces for my nuggets. Ugh. Sad moment.

During my recent visit to the drive-thru, I encountered an employee who exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. When I requested that he repeat my order, he responded with an eye roll and did not provide my change. Upon speaking with the manager after explaining the situation, she did not offer an apology nor did she attempt to return my change. Instead, she merely stated, “Okay, I’ll talk to him.”
This behavior is unacceptable, as customer service should be the top priority.

This place sucks. They try to make everyone park and wait for the food. The drive-thru is just a formality. You can tell mostly everyone has English as their second language.
This location is horrible at taking care of inside customers whether they are trying to place an order or pickup a delivery. They prioritize drive thru and unless you get their attention by calling them they will continue to sit and look at you while walking by like your not even there. It's been like this everytime that I have come in. I'm literally writing this right now while still standing here waiting to be acknowledged after already standing here for 10 minutes. Smh. My order has literally been sitting on the counter the whole time and I still haven't been acknowledged or anything.
