This location has the WORST customer service in the drive thru. The Hispanic guy taking your order is always acting like he’s annoyed. Not friendly at all. Then the African American woman collecting money at the window is always trying to rush you. She won’t clarify your order to make sure things are right. She just states your order total to rush you through the line.
The food and speed of service is usually good at this location. Just don’t expect any nice treatment from the people taking your order.

I was there on Wednesday morning the 2nd of july, I didnt appreciate having to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to help me order, and I dont like using the kiosk. Someone noticed me but still had to wait an additional 5 minutes. After working a 12 hour shift, your patience is thin. And there was barely anyone in the drive thru

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry they gave me a cup of ice cream with Oreos sprinkled on top - no mixing or anything . Please teach your crew how to make a McFlurry if it wasn’t raining so bad right now I would take this back up there for them to remake properly . Irritating and waste of money especially when I paid for extra cookie

I hate how every time I come to this McDonald’s I get parked to wait for my food. It doesn’t matter if I order online if I go through the line and nobody’s in the line they tell me to go park and wait for my food if I wanted to do curbside pick up, I wouldn’t go through the drive-through. There has not been one time where they haven’t parked me to get my food.
