This was the worse experience. Why did I think they was gonna get it right. I ordered a cup a coffee (regular) and they gave me decaffeinated. I went to the counter to have it remade and regular coffee. When it was done the poured it in the cup and forgot to add the lid back on. The coffee spilled on my hand, I couldn't even enjoy my food or my coffee. Atp I can sue.
New experience:12/18 9PM I ordered a large fries through while i was there,went to the counter to pick it up. And as usual they were stale, too salty. I asked if they could be remade, the the night manager was rude about, talking about me, not that i care as long as the food was remade. I dont understand why the night crew are horrible, cant get it together 😫 😩. Might end the road on this.

Don't answer your phone that's fine coming back up there what is the point of buying a Grinch meal with out the socks it's a 13$ dollar meal horrible horrible I hate this location always have its trash so are the managers won't even answer the phone after calling 20+ times crap people that run this location the only reason I went to this location was because the normal location was not taking orders online I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE

This location is really sometimey when it comes to the food and the customer service. I ask for my food to be fresh they make it well done!! Burnt patties , cold fries it’s just ridiculous. I also ask for certain things to not be on my burger and they put EVERYTHING that I did not want on my burger. When I ask for a remake it’s a problem. I believe I’m about to stop coming to this location. If people don’t want to work and make the food correctly they should stop coming to work.

I know… 5 stars ⭐️ it’s a reach but here’s the thing…. The only time of year my wife and I go to McDonald’s is when McRib is on the menu. Restaurant was clean and not overly crowded. The service was spot on.. no problems there. McRib and fries 🍟 were HOT and FRESH. Can’t beat that with a stick. 👍

I’ve tried to call the manager on duty 3 times today. At 6:45 this am I bought a large hot mocha. When I got to work about 3 blocks I picked up my cup and it was barely warm. I did not even have 1/2 cup of coffee in the large cup. Just a lot of melted foam. This is not the 1st time this has happened at a McDonald’s. They were not busy at the time and no reason for it to have happened. It’s a matter of poor customer service and poor job attitude. Very disappointed in what use to be a pretty good company.

they can never get your order right. they go over your order with you to confirm and then hand you something else. what's the deal with never throwing any sauce in? then they want to try and charge you for more. this location suckss

This locations is straight 🗑️. Every time I've come to this spot for a delivery pick up the employees are always talking and won't acknowledge you. I've come countless of times here and my order pickup be sitting in eyes view and employees will just walk past not ask if you need help or anything. This location is real bad with the younger workers too who run their mouth more than work and then when ya ask to be helped they wanna get a attitude.
