I ordered a frappe through the app and when I went to go pick it up through drive-through, I was told that there was no frappe available. I don’t understand why the app placed the order if the facility could not deliver it. Once I got there and was informed that there was no frappe that I needed to cancel the order. I informed the employee that I’ve already been through this three times with McDonald’s before, and we cannot cancel the order through the app. She proceeded to assist me but the app doesn’t work. It kicked her out and we couldn’t cancel the order. This Billion dollar company keeps stealing Money because when they don’t have the supplies that they say that they have you still can’t cancel your order. I am officially boycotting McDonald because McDonald is a thief.

I often come to this location to get breakfast at around 7 am because I work within the shopping center. It’s become a habit that the employees keep their doors to enter the lobby locked and they are open at 6 am. The only thing that’s open is the drive thru but I like going inside because of where I work is of walking distance. This happened to me this morning and on another occasion. This has never happened before until recently. I leave this review to ask: Please have your lobby open the same time as the drive thru. If you’re open at 6am and people arrive at 7am, why is the lobby still locked? It’s very annoying and another thing, fix your hot drink machine so people don’t have to get something cold all the time. Their machine has been down for weeks and they’ve done nothing about it. Other than that, everything else is fine.

It's 6;58 it say dining room open at 6. I been at the door since 6:30 a girl in the drive through window, telling me she can't let me in. It's cold outside and it crazy for a person walk up to eat and can't get inside.

Do not come here, the service here is slow and rude, the staff hate you cause I was ordering a hamburger by mobile and THIS LADY said "where's the receipt" idk her name but she was a mexican lady so i recommend not to eat here as they take forever and it's dirty
Online and on the doors at this location, it says they open at 600 however, if you arrive anytime between six and 620, they will not help you. I have put in mobile orders several times and then go through the drive-through and no one comes on the speaker to help you. I can see them all working inside and they just stare at you. They will not come to the window or anything.

The curbside service is ABYSMAL. Y’all shouldn’t have order ahead if you’re going to make people wait over 15 minutes for ONE 6 piece Happy Meal. People have pulled in, gotten their orders and left and here I am still waiting. I asked the runner and she went in and has yet to come back with my order. It is like this every single time I come to this location which is why I usually avoid it. If yall are going to have people waiting that long for an order, just stop accepting mobile orders because this is just dumb. 22 minutes later and I finally have my Happy Meal.
2/11/25 We come through the drive thru and order fries, a small Sprite, large Sprite and a large water. This location charges you the SAME AMOUNT for WATER as they do a soda ! $1.99 if you want water. The girl at the window was rude when we asked to clarify and she said, “We don’t do no more free water!” Okay, did I ask for free water? No. It’s usually like $.25-55 for water. I don’t mind paying for it but I’m not paying the same as a soda or a tea.

Gentleman at window hands me Coffee & closes window on me. So I sit & wait for my food he comes over & ask for my receipt, I give it to him. He tells me to pull up into one of the curbside spots. After 15 minutes a different gentleman brings out my sandwiches & tells me to have a nice day. The 1st guy was sorta rude & gruff. Also makes me wonder why it takes 15 minutes to make 2 Sausage, egg McMuffins.
