Soo I noted anytime I go this specific McDonald’s after 6pm & get a coffee like mocha frappe. It takes 15-20 mins for them to get it to me. I got there & orderd it at 5:40pm & did t leave till 6:25pm. Always super busy McDonald’s be prepared to wait. I’ve had to picking up DoorDash orders also.
There's been other times I came here for coffee & had similar waits.

I went here yesterday and got a triple quarter pounder meal , asked for sauce at the window before being parked for 20 minutes ( for a burger btw ) , Then the burger was made sloppy and I never got my full order. On top of that I threw up after eating it because of how poorly the meat was cooked, Would not recommend to others.

Placed a mobile order before going to pick it up, had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to be told that their system went down and they didn’t make my order and I wouldn’t get a refund for five days. There was zero apologies or any attempt to rectify the situation by the manager. This place absolutely sucks.

I love that I can go through the drive thru at any McDonald’s at any time of day, and get my coffee. For me, McDonald’s has the best coffee anywhere! Thank you Mickey D’s for great coffee, every. single.time!
Employees don’t know the menu, the receipt didn’t match my order and the food I got didn’t match the receipt. I didn’t end up with anything I could actually eat between missing and incorrect items. I called the store and they told me to come back so they could replace the items. I said if I was able to come back right now, I would have done that. They told me I could come back at my convenience and they would remake the meal as long as I bring my receipt. That’s fine, but doesn’t really fix the problem. I’ll just go somewhere else that is able to get my order right.
