Nothing Bundt Cakes

The young male employee cashier had so much cologne on when we entered the store it always smells of yummy cake this time you couldn't breathe the cologne was so strong had the whole store smelling of cologne instead of cake unfortunately I'm in the food service business and KNOW FOR A FACT FOOD AND Perfume dont MIX , PEOPLE don't want their food smelling like club cologne. We had to leave it was so bad. Health hazard and food safety 😢 we love Bundt but not cologne. Please don't allow your employees to bathe in cologne. Time and place . (Mesquite

I went to this location on Wednesday 10/23 to purchase a cake after seeing they didn’t have any 8 in cakes on display I placed an order for Saturday 10/25. I debated if I should place the order for 6pm or 6:30pm in which the worker said “I’ll put the pick up time for 6pm but even if you come after that time we’ll just place it in the cooler for you” . I said that was great and went ahead and placed the order which she grabbed my first name and phone number. I arrive on Saturday around 6:20pm and I find out they’re closed on their hours it said they closed at 6pm which is my fault for not looking sooner. However if they closed at 6pm why would they let me place an order for 6 and tell me I could even come in later to pick it up. I go today 10/26 to pick it up expecting it to be ready since I placed it the day before. After telling them I had an order to pick up I tell them my name show the receipt and they asked if I placed it under a different name which I said I didn’t. They tell me they don’t have the order which I was confused on the receipt it says I placed an order and yet it’s not there? They told me again they didn’t gave it however as a courtesy they would get me one. I’m disappointed with this service I’m glad they gave me a new cake however I’m confused on why they would tell me I could pick it up when they’re closed at that hour.

Great cakes

1st thing the young lady seemed not in the mood. I noticed her from the window because I was the first customer. They open at 9am. I walked in about 9:08am. I stood at the counter for a minuteeee. I didn’t complain. No smile, No hello, just a little NOT in the mood. I ordered 4 cakes going to my destination this morning. And I was going to order 4 more on my way back for my next event. But thing just turned left. People that know me knows I order these cakes like crazy for my organization and events. I ask the young lady if I could have a blue gift bag. She said it cost a dollar, so I explained oh, I have never paid for a bag. And I just bought 4cake and buying 4 more. You can’t throw in a bag. So I said ok. Well can I have a couple of tissue papers that cost. Now I’m like come on….She gets the manager she comes out already to let me have it over a bag or a couple of sheets of tissue papers. Rude, ugly and nasty as I walked out the door. Wowow!! Then the owners calls me after I leave a review and she nasty as if she condone it. An awful start to my morning…And I was in a great mood before the experience.

I visited today to stock up on some buntletts. I had an awful experience on my birthday with my cake and candles. I spoke with Marco, manager on duty and he listen and fixed the situation. In the years I have been visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes, I am still a faithful customer. Sometimes just bringing the issue to their ears they will fix the problem. Thank you Marco for making me a very blissful customer. I will be back for more Cakes.

Anytime I want to give a special thank you to someone for good service, I think of NBC. I have been to this location many times, and always get very good product & service. I needed something special for the people that made my birthday awesome, so I stopped in yesterday, Friday 25 July. I was greeted by a young lady, I think her name was Lily. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fast. She helped me make selections, got everything boxed up and got me on my way. A job very well done, I will be back!

Terrible delivery service. I placed an order to have delivered to my husband's job as a surprise. I left instructions to have delivered inside the front office and to contact ONLY ME regarding the order. Bundt cakes completely disregarded all my instructions and contacted my husband, ruining the surprise. Also, the driver left it OUTSIDE at the door. My husband had to go looking for his gift outside and this inconvenienced him as he works in the warehouse. This experience is very upsetting and I do not plan on ordering from here again.

Very disappointing visit at the Mesquite location today. I purchased 4 dozen bundtinis and asked the associate for 2 bags per 2 dozen bundtinis to make it easy for me to carry and delivery. She responded, “I will have to charge you $1.08 for the second bag, we can only provide one at no charge.” I said ok, I don’t think I should have to pay for an extra bag after spending $116, so just put them all in one bag; she went to the back, came back to the counter and said, they didn’t have any bags 🤷‍♀️….
No offer to help me carry them to my car, no offer if she could put them in one of the Christmas bags right there in the store, absolutely nothing☹️

Got the white chocolate chip with raspberry it’s sooooo dang good my favorite!! Also the red velvet was tasty! The girls who helped me out were very friendly and kind . Definitely get your birthday cake from here if you want a nice delightful treat 🥰
