I visited today to stock up on some buntletts. I had an awful experience on my birthday with my cake and candles. I spoke with Marco, manager on duty and he listen and fixed the situation. In the years I have been visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes, I am still a faithful customer. Sometimes just bringing the issue to their ears they will fix the problem. Thank you Marco for making me a very blissful customer. I will be back for more Cakes.

Anytime I want to give a special thank you to someone for good service, I think of NBC. I have been to this location many times, and always get very good product & service.
