Came out to dinner for my moms Birthday, food was delicious. Marcus our server was amazing so attentive, made sure we had drinks and everything we needed.

Great place,great food and great staff. Highly recommend it.

The service was terrible. Got there at 4pm there were barely any people there, and it took over an hour to get my food and 30 minutesto just place the order. Ordered a gallon sweet peach tea and said peach three times. I got home, and it was just regular unsweetened tea. I did not drink and took it back two days later for a refund.

Me and my family experience great customer service by the waiter Darby. She was very helpful, patient and nice. We will be back. Thanks Darby for your customer service.

The restaurant itself needs updating. The food wasn't bad, I think I enjoyed the 🙈

Always good! The wait staff is excellent... not just one or two good ones... most are good... use the Border Rewards for deals on queso and cash rewards...

The wait was very minimal when we arrived just before 6pm on a Friday. It took a while for our food to arrive but our waiter was the best. He brought our drinks within minutes of sitting down and kept checking in us while we patiently waited for our food. He was very nice and polite throughout. The food was really good. I did notice the tables were being cleaned after customers left which is great, however, when they cleaned the table across our booth there was like a dirty wet rag stench. We smelled that same stink when we sat at our table but didn't know what it was or where it was coming from at the time. We believe it's the rag the girl was using to clean the tables. There's no way she couldn't get a whiff of that rag. Definitely wasn't a pleasant odor. Once we paid and started walking out the restaurant was pretty packed. There were folks waiting outside. So glad we arrived before the crowd.

My family and I went here after my brothers service he passed away they found him dead in an alley near by his friends house, after coming here I got so sick from the food, the service was horrible I mean it really was and the food was not good at all.
I wanted to call many time to let them know I wanted a refund because of how sick I got.

The food didn’t taste fresh; it seemed stale, as if it had been prepared days ago and just reheated. Additionally, the peach tea was overly sweet, as if three times the amount of sugar had been added, which is disappointing for a drink that’s supposed to be healthy.

Gauc Border Bowl was Really Good but I don't like that if you want a certain type of alcohol you have to then pay for EACH ingredient separately that's Crazy and High way
