awesome place to grab a tea and shake combo
Blessed to be part of this group . Family! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Its a safe space to be “YOU”! Our coaches always want the best for us and help us every way they can possible! Its a judgement free zone ! Wether youre nee to working out and healthy eating or youre a pro you are treated with the same love and respect ! Shout out to Hector Vela and Roxana Torres the most fun and helpful coaches ! Always treat everyone like family ! And always answer if we have questions nothing is small for them ! Not to mention all the shakes teas lit teas ! Everything is so flavorful makes you think its too good to be true , but it is! You wont find flavor like this anywhere else !

Highly recommend. A lot of options for protein shakes - with amount of protein, carbs, etc all displayed. I didn’t know what I wanted and the guy helped me choose - very friendly. There’s also tons of things I want to go back and try.
I got the mud slide protein shake. Delicious. 8g of sugar - so not sugar free. (I would’ve liked a sugar free option). But this was a great alternative to a greasy lunch.
