Got there with my sister there was 2 girls one taller than the other one. We were just looking which ice cream flavor we will pick, the taller one said let me know whenever you ready, but the other one which is the shorter looked bad at us with a bad attitude and at the moment that my sister pay she was the one that took our payment and again she gave us a bad look with bad attitude meanwhile the taller one acted with a really nice attitude. We buy 2 almonds coconut ice cream on April 12 2024 at between 6:28pm to 6:30pm. This place should choose better their employees or train them otherwise people won’t even bother to look at this place because we are not coming here again. Really bad experience and it was my first and last time

I stopped on my way out of the mall and it wasn't closing time yet and we were greeted with a "ohh great people coming right before closing" and another one of the workers just said "I'm only accepting card at the moment" in a rude way . there was a container that was about to be put up and I asked what flavor it was and the worker had air pods on so she barely heard anything so I asked again and she replied what it was so I told her I would like that flavor before she sealed it for the night and she replied with oh I'm already putting up like it was impossible to just serve it so I just decided to leave and not get anything I know I've put five stars but it did not deserve them just wanting to help a business with the stars and I wanted to share my experience and hope it reaches the right person and makes some shaping up with their employees

I'm here and ordered Cookie dough ice cream! Ok asked to make sure cookie dough was through out my ice cream! I was told it was. No it wasn't. On top when you walk up . I wanted cookie dough ice cream! I was told they can't mic it up or they would get in to trouble! I'm tired of deception! I want everyone to know stop letting these places deceive us and taking our hard earned money ! I'm upset and not happy about the out come of this .
The service was fantastic! I always make a stop for an affogatto here. Pictured is the medium affogatto with amaretto chocolate chip gelato and whipped cream.
