Pancho's Mexican Buffet

If you’re old like me and have eaten at Pancho’s for 60 years, you’ll know that not much has changed. I found an old match book from the early 70’s that showed the buffet was $1.75 for all you could eat. That’s changed, also, the flag is gone since COVID. Otherwise the food is good, the atmosphere is nice and I recommend that you eat here as often as you dare.

Been eating panchos since i was a kid in pleasant grove but seems each time i go as an adult it gets worse maybe thats why they keep closing the restaurant's down im not sure but i do know tge food is not good

Childhood memory shared with my daughter and grandkids. Loved the experience. They should open new locations again. We could make them as iconic as buccees or HEB!

I’ve read the reviews and thought about coming to his place because I used to come here a lot whenever I was a kid back in the 90s and kind of had second thoughts because some of the bad reviews I’ve read, but really I will say that this place is actually really nice.

The food quality was great,fresh and hot and service was good and polite. Definitely clean and tidy. I’m looking forward to stopping here again with my family. I was very impressed with this place.

I’m tired of El Fenix being the usual stop but thanks Pancho’s 👍 looking forward to visiting again!

While in the line I told the server on 3 occasions what I wanted on my plate and she still got it wrong. Even the guy next to me heard what I said. I let that go and paid for my food. Got to my table and only saw my waitress once. I watched her the whole time tend to the same tables over and over while she continued to walk past mine. I was prepared to give the waitress a $15-20 tip on top of my $20 meal, but she just messed that up. I even asked several workers to speak to a manager and never saw him/her. I hate that I even patronized this place. It's standing on it's last leg anyway.
