Pancho's Mexican Buffet

I came in at 6:30 on a Wednesday, fully expecting it to be slow and all old food. Demi or debi (she was talking and working too fast for me to tell) was awesome. She came up and checked on me every 3-4 min. I do miss the flag, she came by plenty when I was just fine. Bring back the flag like the old days so the server knows when to ask what you need. Food was all good except the Mac and cheese. Change that recipe. Also there should be a convenient way to tip the server specifically. I almost asked for her cashapp, but I didn’t want to come off creepy. She checked up on me at least 15 times in an hour.

I think it is a good place to eat with the family, the food is delicious and there is no limit, the people who work there are very friendly, and in the end you leave a pit in your stomach because you eat the soups, you enter Pancho and they leave Pancho, I love it,

Mesquite Texas location ...I was unimpressed this time ... normally the food is very good, but this time it just seemed not as good. Also, they removed the flag. You no longer raise the flag to get the waitress to come to the table when you want more food. That's a bummer. I always loved the flag as a kid. Also, they weren't serving as much as variety as they normally had. And when something was out..
I was totally bummed...and when an item was out..they ssid will let u know, and yet no one ever came and let me know anything. And we had to wait for a very long time to get the waitress and attention to come to take our order to get more food and then we had to wait a while for the soapapillas in honey after the meal. Normally I love going to pancho's just can't wait but I was very disappointed this time.Not sure.I'm gonna be returning anytime soon

Very good. Very clean. I went in the restroom and they were scrubbing it. Very clean. Friendly. The food is hot and very good. Love this place.

Waitress was excellent! Food was okay except for Taco meat, which was very greasy and flavorless. Pico de Gallo was very watery. Price on weekends way too high considering quality, or lack of quality, of food.
Have been going to this location for over 45 years, quality of food has definitely gone down hill.

Pretty good eats last time we went.
