Ordered here today and it was so damn delicious ?. They have a special where you can get 2 two toppings pizzas for $20. I got spicy Italian sausage with mushrooms and then I got meatballs with Philly steak. It got to my door super fast and it was hot fresh and very good ??. 11/18/23 - PaPa Johns ran an Ad that said - BOGO FREE PIZZAUse promo code - FREEPIE - to buy one get one free todayonly. So I had friends over and ordered a pizza Sausage, Mushrooms,Pepperoni and three cheeses. ''The Pizza that I received tasted great.The problem was the woman only brought one pizza. I called today totalk to the manager on 11/19/23 named - KALOB - He flatly refused to give me the other pizza, had a bad attitude, he cared less when I said I couldput in a bad review making PaPa Johns look bad. He said I needed to buy 2 pizzas when I ordered and then they would subtract one and how the heckwas I supposed to know that. The ad simply said buy one get one free andonly directed you to put in the Promo code. KALOB'S treatment of me aU.S.M.C. disabled Veteran was totally irresponsible and uncalled for and asunprofessional as any manager I have ever seen. It is sad they have suchunprofessional untrained help that know nothing about customer relations.I will call the district manager that is not in today and I will get the pizza thatthey owe me. I am just putting in this review because of the way - KALOB -the manager treated me when I called him and told him that PaPa Johnsmade a big mistake on my order. I should not have to go through all thisjust to get the pizza they owe me. I just spent 100 days in the hospital, six times in the hospital and 3 surgeries the past 12 months and I just don'tneed all this stupid unnecessary b/s. ''if only the manager treated me right''

Pizza so greasy that I can slick my hair back...like I can collect it in a bottle and have a months supply. The pizza bread is soggy.

Placed my food order in after a long shift at work, I didn't really have the energy to cook and papa johns is the only place that delivers to me. The approximate delivery time came and went but no driver showed up, so I checked my tracker page and saw that it was still on "making". I reloaded the page and was greeted by a page that said that my order was cancelled.I've worked in pizza places before, both as driver and in shop, so I understand that stuff happens and some orders cant be fulfilled. However, in that case, it is the duty of somebody at the store to call the customer and notify them that their order isn't come for whatever reason. If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn't be writing this, but this has happened on multiple occasions and not one time was I called about the issue.

Very poor toppings on my pizza when I had ordered extra cheese and paying for other toppings that they did not put enough!Delivery was the worst! The doordash driver got lost he kept calling to complain and tell me he didnt get paid enough for this he finally found me and said he was sweating, and if i didn't have money for him when i had already paid for delivery fee PLUS TIP FEE! This location was very dissapointing!
Gave these guys 4 stars because the dorito papadia and the chicken parm bites looka here yall great flavor finally !!!!!! Especially the bites toss the whole thing in you mouth n watch the ratatouille magic happen lol

This location is horrible from the food to the staff and store management. This location should be shut down. No one wears hair nets. The store itself the employees sitting on the tables where the food goes. The only pizza they can make right is a cheese pizza everything is is trash. Worst location never going back again.

Great pizza however they need to get more friendly people to work at the register. Every every time I go there at night there is a girl working the register that has a very nasty attitude. She needs some customer service skills

I ordered the New York style pizza and it was nothing like a New York style pizza. It was doughy and Soggy and terrible. And I ordered a side of the cinnamon bites also terrible. It is really sad nowadays the quality of food is going downhill.
