07/31/2025: I picked up pizza for my niece’s class today. My sister ordered the pizza that morning at 10 am for pick at 10:30ish.

Everything was ready to go when I arrived at 10:30. The guy with brown hair and pony tail was friendly when I picked up the pizza. All three pizzas were hot and looked good to go. No complaints from me.

Ordered one pizza at 10pm and it took an hour to be delivered to a house only 10 minutes away. The pizza itself was disgusting, overcooked and covered in large patches that were rubbery and gross. The pizza looked like it had been shaken vigorously. The manager said they would refund but it’s been 5 days and I haven’t gotten a refund to my card or papa dough

Placed an order for a pizza, cheese sticks, and garlic sauce and only got the pizza delivered. I immediately called as there's no way to dispute an order online and the phone rang for 20 minutes until someone finally answered then hung up. The store then closed and I still can't get anyone to answer. Automatically hung up after trying for another 5 minutes of calling. Ridiculous

Bought a large pepperoni pizza take out Wensday evening and never again, it was unfit to eat! The establishment will close unless they improve on their pizzas!

Order two large pizzas for delivery at this location. When my family and I prepare to eat, I open the box and the pizzas were all messed up. I went to the location and asked to speak to the manager. Manager came up to me as if I was bothering him. I explained and showed him how my pizzas were delivered. It seemed like he didn’t care and said he could remake them. I just told him I wanted a refund because I didn’t trust them making my pizzas made correct. Don’t remember managers name but it was some guy with blonde hair.

So disappointed! I placed an order about 11:20pm. I understand they were close to closing but I try to order somewhat late due to working 12hr shifts. I ordered 2 pizzas from papa pairings and a cheese stuffed. My order was delivered at 11:50pm. Come to find out the cheese stuffed pizza wasn’t there even though I was charged for it. Tried calling the store, of course no answer due to being almost closed or laziness Called the next day (multiple times) during more normal hours still no answer. So I called corporate. They said they see I was charged $40 for the pizza and took my complaint. They did not see that the app was claiming to only of charged $20 and that only 2 pizzas were given to me. They only saw $40 and 3 pizzas. Corporate said they’d get back with me with in 2 days, it’s now been 4.

Papa John’s has never let me down before and this was a huge disappointment. My order was wrong. They clearly recognize that in the app which is why they didn’t charge for the cheese stuffed pizza in my app receipts, yet corporate doesn’t see that and only sees the full amount.

No one is trying to fix the problem. It’s all call center B.S. and so impersonal.

All I wanted was a cheese stuffed pizza bc I work like crazy. But no I got charged and didn’t get the pizza and get tons of issues when trying to contact to fix their mistake.

Thanks papa John’s. I’m disappointed and hope y’all get back to being a decent company. Not call centers and lazy store owners/managers
