Ordered drive up pickup cuz not well. Left tip for them to bring it to me even. Says order was ready. Waited 10 min. Still not brought out. Not busy at all at time. So called to ask if they do bring out but they send straight to hold at 1st ring. Can't get hold of anybody at this location for anything. Very poor customer service. Will not go back to this location!

Sent my son in 2 p/u an order I had placed online. He came out with one pizza & a papadia. I went in explaining I had ordered 2 pizzas & received 1 & a papadia instead. Mrs. Linda at the front showed me that it was actually my mistake not theirs. Once I took a closer look I realized she was absolutely correct & I had mistakenly chose a papadia as a pairing instead of a pizza. 100% my fault, but Mrs. Linda still went above & beyond to accommodate my order even though they had already prepared the papadia. Very kind, understanding, & courteous. The ironic thing is I was having a terrible day, so as I’m waiting 4 them to fix my mistake her personality had me laughing within minutes. I never leave reviews, but this lady deserves 4 me to take the time & give her a shout out. Mrs. Linda, we appreciate u & from now on when I’m on the fence on what I want to eat— your customer service & personality will push me over to Papa John’s. Thank u 4 your kindness. Typically this location is fairly decent. However, my most recent experience dated last night was not. I was under the impression, when placing the order, that the order would be completed by a Papa John’s delivery driver. Even though the order was fulfilled by what appears to have been a DoorDash driver and that driver was pleasant~ it would have been nice to know these things prior to the order being placed. This would have changed my mind when ordering and I would have chosen somewhere else. In my experience, DoorDash way overcharges and their drivers have either been extremely late or have taken off with orders after marking them “delivered”. Also, it is as unfortunate that I couldn’t eat the order received/ordered because when you’re pescatarian and order a mushroom/black olive pizza but receive a mushroom/black olive & Canadian bacon pizza~ you can’t really do anything else with it besides toss it in the trash.

This store doesn't answer the phone. I spent 25 mins waiting to speak with someone to take my payment. 30 mins later still won't answer.... as I write this I've now been on hold 45 mins. They refuse to answer the phone. The is the worst service or non service I've ever had. Such a shame.what happened to customer service.

They have forgotten the sauce twice now, very inexcusable, sauce is one of the main ingredients of a pizza. Also they must use low quality cheese, even a plain cheese pizza is extremely oily. Used to be way better, the quality has declined over the years. Seems like they don't care, many times the cut on the pizza is way off too, so there's several slices that are huge and then a bunch of small uneven ones, sometimes not even cut all the way through. For how much this food costs, I expect better.

Got there a little early went in and they said about 10 minutes. Went back outside in my truck parked right infront of the window waited 10 more minutes went in still not ready went back to truck. 10 minutes went back in and they pulled it off the top shelf, where it had been sitting for a while and said oh here it is. The whole time I was in the truck, the 3 employees were playing gautair and goofing around.

First time ordering from here and it will definitely be my last. The cheese bread I ordered only had cheese in the middle and was majority bread, I also ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza for the kids and it’s like they forgot it was supposed to be half cheese because only two slices were cheese. When I went in to pick it up it’s like the employees couldn’t be bothered to help me. They were literally sitting down talking and didn’t even acknowledge a customer walked in. I’m extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate for a refund. Not sure how this location is still in business

Got charged for the order and when we called the restaurant got told it was already out for delivery and eventually they stop picking up the phone. We never got anything. Never had a good experience ordering from here and I’ll just try a smaller chain next time. No communication of a delay which I would have understood and the person on the phone truly sounded like they didn’t care. Now to try to call the bank to get our money back.

Order pizza paid with my card.They have a call center they transfer me to the store the guy that answered was very rude said he never received my order hung up on me. Called back now they said they canceled my order after 1 hour. Still charged me. They now transfer me to customer service at this point I want my money back said they can't return my money call center is supposed to do that and call center said customer service does that. No one has been helpful no food and still charged me 50 worth of food. Now I have to wait 48 hour to put an official complaint and to see who can help me. I will never in my life order from pappa John's with this kind of customer service and rude employees.

The employees on the evening don't really care about anything if feels like they don't even want to be there I've been waiting for my Uber delivery to be ready but event it turns out they left it sitting there for about 5 minutes and even worse I called for help again and that same girl who helped me at the start literally forgot I was still waiting asking me if I was someone else. It really got me mad because they don't really care about our time we need on deliveries.
