Good pizza but a calzone without ricotta is called a stromboli.

Pizza has been great. The cheesy bread and the new garlic monkey bread have been over seasoned lately. Garlic monkey bread too garlicky. Cheesy bread too much oregano or something.

First papa Murphys that I have ever been in to that wreaks like cigarette smoke. Yuck! Not very appetizing.

Almost left pizza in the store but I took it anyway. Was scared to eat it due to young lady making pizzas having nails that are like 7” long. I don’t care how good you think you are with cleaning them I’m sure there’s traces of fecal matter under them!

Came to Papa Murphy because I really love their pizza but was very disappointed they no longer have green olives and this is the main reason I came for because they actually had the green olives which use to complete my papas favoriteVegetarian options: Green olives is a must have

I walked in and asked for a gluten-free Herb Chicken Mediterranean pizza with two extra toppings (mushrooms and black olives). My first concern was whether it was gluten-free or not.But once the pizza was assembled, the lady proceeded to wrap the pizza without the two before-mentioned extra ingredients.I reminded her that I said that I wanted the two extra ingredients and the employee rudely replied that she thought I didn't want the two extra toppings since I needed to pay for them.I told her to charge me for the extra topping, that I didn't understand her rude attitude, that she needed to ease the guard and stop being so rude, and that I didn't like her attitude. After paying for the two extra toppings, I commented that I was wondering if charging extra for the mushrooms and olives was a change of policy since it was the first time I was asked to pay extra for them. Her answer was astonishing, to say the least. She told me, and I'm quoting, "We always have charged for any extra toppings, and I am the boss here!"Once again, I told her that she didn't need to be so rude, that I didn't know what was bothering her, but that she needed to take it easy.I told her, "Please relax, today is Friday. You need to calm down. After receiving my order, I proceed to wish her a happy weekend and I left the store. That person doesn't understand one crucial detail. Papa Murphy doesn't sell pizza. You sell a service. If I wanted a pizza, I would have gone to any pizzeria or would have ordered a pizza online.I liked this place for its great and courteous service, regardless of the high price tag.I have always been served with courtesy and respect, and the personnel always made me feel welcome. Not today. Today is the day I decided it will be the last time I step inside your store. You lost a customer, and I will make sure to let know all the people I love about my decision and why.Today ended up being a sad day because of the poor attitude of the person who self-proclaimed "the boss of this place."I feel like I lost a friend. But my integrity and self-esteem are more important.

Hospitality was good everything was OK except they don't tell you for the first time that it don't cone cooked you have to cook it yourself which I think they should tell you everything especially for 15 plus dollars. It should be baked already, otherwise I'll just buy a frozen pizza for $4 to $5 instead of $15 plus.

The employees some real nerds first time coming and they can't even disclose that the pizza isn't cooked they failed to inform me and could've of plenty of chances to it was dirty inside the menus ain't even correct and the price is terrible quality is poop.

I want this place to be successful. Check your order before you leave, if it’s ready. Make sure you receive the proper sides, if ordered, and the correct salad you ordered. I tried tipping online multiple times to insure proper service, but that failed as well. I drive from White Rock because I prefer the take and bake, but this location seems determined to force me to take my weekly business elsewhere. Sad.

My Very 1st visit to that location since the one closest to me has closed & then sold to another franchise buyer opened them closed, I think they have had 5 different owner's and last month that location was CLOSED yet again, it's in a very wealthy area where if their getting pizza they don't want to turn their oven on, but when open is the best pizza available anywhere. When I buy a pizza there I will cut it in half prior to cooking it & put the part I'll cook the next day on a large plastic cutting board and when the half I cooked is done, I'll cut it up & then I'll put the uncooked 1/2 on the paper pizza cooking platter that comes with the pizza & it will be ready to cook the next day.
