⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down One of the Best Pizza Hut Experiences Ever
I don’t leave reviews often, but I couldn’t let this one go without saying something.
I stopped by Pizza Hut tonight and let me just say — WOW. My order was piping hot, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. But what stood out even more than the food was the phenomenal team holding it down behind the scenes.
Let me give a huge shoutout to Trisha, James, and Clay — because they kicked butt from start to finish.
I’m sure Trisha was working her magic in the back, probably cranking out those fresh, made-to-order pizzas like a boss. James? He was WORKING that front end — register, customer service, managing the flow, you name it. He stayed calm, kind, respectful, and reassuring the whole time. Clay was a machine — pulling pizzas out of the oven, slicing, boxing, and making sure everyone got exactly what they needed.
Even though they were clearly understaffed (which falls on management, not them), they moved that store like a well-oiled machine. People were getting in and out, no chaos, no confusion. It’s rare these days to see a team work so seamlessly under pressure — and still deliver with a smile.
Let’s be honest — I doubt they’re paid what they’re worth, and I doubt they get the recognition they deserve. But tonight? They deserve ALL the flowers. Bonus. Raise. Something! They earned it.
So thank you, Trisha, James, and Clay. Y’all turned an average dinner run into something worth bragging about. I really hope your manager sees this and gives you the recognition (and pay) you truly deserve. This is what customer service looks like.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this Pizza Hut location today. I attempted to call the store multiple times, and each time someone would answer the phone — I could clearly hear it being picked up — only for them to immediately hang up without saying a single word.
It wasn’t until my fifth call that someone finally answered, said “hello,” and then hung up again. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand like Pizza Hut.
If this is how customers are treated, I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with others as well. Pizza Hut needs to seriously evaluate how their staff handles customer service.

Ordered a pepperoni and beef pizza and hot boneless wings around 1:00pm are so yesterday by 6:34 I felt nauseous, bloated and started sweating. I wondered what was going on that fast I was puzzle. Around 8 symptoms started to worsen with constant vomiting,fever, diarrhea, aches and sweating. My daughter stated after eating the hot wings she started throwing up. Here it is 8:28am and I still feel bad. After googling symptoms I know this is a case of food poisoning. Never will i eat pizza hut again after this.
Terrible customer service. Made an order for a personal pizza , some wings and a two liter Pepsi. The Pepsi was left and never gotten.. called and got hung up on. So sad to run a business like that. The personal really stinks and very rude. Never got the drink.

Gross, NEVER again. I ordered the bacon cheese sticks as I heard they were beyond delicious. Well, not true in my case. What I received was hardly any bacon at all, and what there was of it was GRIZZLE AND FAT! Disgusting! Not worth the price at all.
I will NEVER visit these ppl again or order from any Pizza Hut. Heck, I could have made those cheese sticks at home and they would have tasted 1,000% better.

I ordered through the app but it took a while and then it said the order was cancelled. I tried calling but got their corporate number and was on hold forever. Just as I gave up the manager called me and apologized. She said someone stole my order from them. She also said it was only her and the cook working, and they were very busy. She was very sweet, made a new order and threw in a chocolate chip cookie. Great service recovery!!

20 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order, when the app send you to pick it up it’s because it’s supposed to be ready. Waste of time for a bad service.
