Awful service. Manager on Duty said to bring receipt back another day and they would honor and make the pizza. They had staff calls outs that day and had a huge back log. Came back another day with the receipt as he said to doā¦.and Terry the Manager on Duty refused to honor. Wouldnāt check with him. Id go to another location if I were you.

This pizza is horrible Iām currently calling the store to complain I damn near chipped a tooth biting into it. Wasnāt fresh at all its burnt. Iām very disappointed because I have never had this issue before.

So I placed an order via app that gave me the pickup time of 7:25pm told me it would only take 15mins once arrived to location my status changed to ready order when I got into the store we was told my food had four more minutes I ended up not getting my food until 8:10pm upon getting my food the pizza was soo cold so I went back in to ask what was going on there was several others with the same issue one man waiting for an hour from ordering to getting and then having to remake his food then another customer who didnāt get wings made by a cook who just left and didnāt fulfill orders after waiting another 30-45mins I finally got my food but not cooked to my order request i definitely want someone to contact me because there was a lot more that happen in this situation

*******UPDATE***** finally got through to someone asked to cancel the order they guys said āitās canceledā I called when do I get my money back he said ā2 daysā and I go to tell them the issues and the guy hangs up the phone! I call back and ask for the manager! Itās the same guy and heās the manager! Heās talking to other people and saying other things ignoring me! I said so Iām just being ignored now? His response was āwell I have other things to doā what kind of people are yāall hiring seriously????? NEVER ORDERING PIZZA HUT AGAIN!
What kind of pizza place doesnāt deliver to apartments????? Sooo stupid!!! Literally put delivery and it automatically changed to carry out!!! Calling store back to cancel! And the person who answers transfers to store been on hold for almost 20 minutes and still on hold now!

I tried giving this location another chance, but once again something messed up. Only this time we were left without dinner! I have been on the road all day running errands fixing things around the house so I thought Iād give Pizza Hut a chance and make things easy tonight, but they never delivered my order and never called me I called about 20xs!! And got no response! This location is getting worse by the minute!
workers were being rude and disrespectful and wouldnāt give me my two damn pizzas that i order online and wouldnāt give refund and told me to grab one of their sorry ass drinks and there was 3 bugs inside my pizza and one of jumped on me, honestly iām disgusted never coming back again.

Hello, my experience was more than bad, outrageous, I made an exodus and when I went to pick it up, the brunette girl with braids asked her for my order and she didn't even have the decency to attend to me and when there was no one there, only I went to the kitchen and left me a I sat for a long time and when he felt like it, he delivered my order, which had already been ready for a long time before it arrived.

Iām a close by resident I recently started back ordering from here. My most recent order was incorrect. I ordered a delivery order and upon my food arriving I received the wrong order. I spoke with the managers about 3 times as they were trying to decide how to compensate for me receiving the wrong order it was decided for me to receive a refund. However I never received my refund I called to check on the status and was told Iād receive a call back which I never received either. I was upset that night after a long day coming home I ordered for my children and I. However I am 4 months pregnant and didnāt get to eat that night because I ordered a Hamburger pizza but received pepperoni and hamburger, a all cheese pizza, and a pepperoni pizza which were all wrong. I didnāt get to eat because I donāt eat pepperoni. They werenāt rude about the situation but just very inconsiderate and lacked good customer service. Also did not stand on business when it comes to compensating or returning money to a paying customer.

Update: i spoke to manager Tammy. Tammy was helpful and she went ahead and gave me a refund.
