I’ve ordered Pizza from here two times and both times my order has been wrong. I finally realized that the app changed my orders from Pepperoni to Cheese with my knowledge. The on duty manager did replace my pizzas & I’m thankful after I expressed my concerns but I did not like his attitude towards the situation.

Came to PH today for a quick meal and ended up meeting Ms Kwanna. And wow! She is so professional and helpful. Such a stark contrast from other encounters I’ve had at other stores.

Our order was late and when I called no one could give me a direct answer. It felt like the people answering the phone are not in Mesquite. They were happy to transfer me to the appropriate people though? It was all very confusing. I will not be ordering delivery from them again.

I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting on my food to be delivered!! When I called to see what’s the problem they haven’t even put the order in but took my money!!! So now it’s 10:22 and no updates yet!!!

Pizza was extremely undercooked and very doughy in the middle, very disgusting. The bacon cheese sticks were amazing and would be the only reason why I would be a return customer.

Ordered online yesterday through Pizza huts website and delivery was going to be using doordash. I was over 30 mins away from home so chose to have it delivered. First delivery driver dropped my order, then I get a second driver and he cancelled the pick up. I arrived at the location and spoke to Gaby about my order which was paid for with driver tip and delivery fee. She was very helpful and apoligized remade my order and also up sized my pizzas for the iinconvenience. Thank you Gaby for your help, but Door Dash has got to get it together with these drivers. I have had issues with them before from other restaurants.

This Pizza Hut location is tucked away in a small shopping center off Galloway Ave. It is clean and the service was great. I had ordered a pizza online and they didn’t have the specific crust after making the order. The restaurant called me to let me know and it was nice that they followed up. My order was ready on time to picked up.

Ughhh!

First - I was so excited for my stuffed crust pizza that I forgot to order ranch…so I called to add it (easy peasy right?!) not so much- the phone number on both Google and the order confirmation route to another location who cannot help at all (not their fault!)

Then- customer service chat was my next go to (I wanted this ranch, it’s stuffed crust pizza - what do I dip the crust in without ranch??!!!) no help. They also will keep you in a chat for several minutes so suggest to keep calling the number I called above 🙄

After that - DoorDash delivers (what happened to Pizza Hut delivery drivers?!) and literally set my pizzas on my door step, although the instructions definitely said “hand directly to me” & yes - I tipped!

Then (the cherry on the sundae) the pizza was undercooked and damn near raw on the bottom 🤮 I literally wasted $35 and am still hungry.

Seriously, it's hilarious how every time we order from there, it takes another half hour just to *start* making it! It was supposed to be ready at 6:32, and at 7:02 I get "your order should be ready next, just dropped the wings." I get it if it's a busy weekend, but don't say it'll be done in twenty minutes when it's not even close, another thirty minutes later? It's ridiculous!
