I called to order pizzas and a man answered. I told him I wanted orders, but when I arrived, there was a woman outside the window, a dark-skinned woman, and she was very racist towards us. She served us very rudely. I won't be back.

My husband and I came in the restaurant. Nobody greeted us. 3 employees walk pass us didn't even come to the table to acknowledge we was even in the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes. It was a family in the lobby before us and they got they food and still no servicer came to the table. Very disappointed in this establishment. Saw us seating in the restaurant waiting and still ignore us. The workers said she didn't even know we was in the restaurant poor customer service.The night manager didn't try to resolve the problem at all. He saw us as well. Time 9:50 p.m

Wife ordered pizza tonight. I was unaware, but apparently medium rare is possible with pizza. We didn't order it that way, but that's how it came, undercooked. Crust so white, it wants to run for office and screw you.
At least when we go to reheat subpar left overs, we can finish cooking it.

Set up for dine in, but no one to provide service. Still take out service. We were very disappointed.
Waited an hour for carry out . Status online said my order was ready so I went through the drive thru & was told it would be 12 more minutes so to park in the front and someone would bring it out but nobody brought my pizza out. After an hour I went inside and they acted as if they didn’t know where the pizza was then finally found it on the bottom rack. The girl didn’t apologize for the long wait or anything.

I order two times and they never got me my drinks, this recent one I called again and they told me they were gonna give my drinks for free and still nothing. Not only that the driver just brushed me off immediately when I told them I was missing the drink and just wanted the money. And refused to go back to get them. Afterwards I called again and they had me on hold for 30 min. 30 MIN! I’m fed up with this place missing my drinks I won’t pay full price price if I ordered the drinks and they didn’t gave me any.

today I ordered Pizza Hut for delivering my pizza came in two hours later and then the delivery guy was making it so complicated then I opened up my pizza and it’s the wrong ingredients and the food was undercooked. The breadsticks tasted like they were a week old. I’m so disappointed this Pizza Hut is not the same no more.
