I order two times and they never got me my drinks, this recent one I called again and they told me they were gonna give my drinks for free and still nothing. Not only that the driver just brushed me off immediately when I told them I was missing the drink and just wanted the money. And refused to go back to get them. Afterwards I called again and they had me on hold for 30 min. 30 MIN! I’m fed up with this place missing my drinks I won’t pay full price price if I ordered the drinks and they didn’t gave me any.

today I ordered Pizza Hut for delivering my pizza came in two hours later and then the delivery guy was making it so complicated then I opened up my pizza and it’s the wrong ingredients and the food was undercooked. The breadsticks tasted like they were a week old. I’m so disappointed this Pizza Hut is not the same no more.

The girl with green hair was very sweet and very polite and quick with our food order and change she was working drive thru...Great customer service skills for such a young age..and management at this location is paramount and you can tell by the people they hire...all around great staff!! We will be coming back.

I order for at 5:50. The order was supposed to arrive at 6:30 but it’s over a hour late. Then when I try to call to get an update and give the gate code to my apartment.But they put me on hold for 35 mins and when they answer the phone they just keepin putting me on hold. Don’t waste your time

If I could give zero Stars I would. The last two times I ordered here they closed early and I didn't even get my food nor was it rectified. And one of the times I used 300 points to get a large pizza and they didn't even give me back my point so they took for me when I didn't even get my food.7 keep asking for photos of what was wrong with the food to fix it but it's hard to take pictures of nothing.

This place had went down so bad. They hang up on you when they have gotten your order wrong or didn’t send your order out but have been paid for it. Called to speak to manager 3x and they kept hanging up. Never will this particular one get my business. Used to be a great place but sorry to say that is no longer!
Thomas was very helpful and generous. I would say he represents Pizza Hut very well especially at this location. Thank you very much and I will continue to be a customer because of people like him.
Highly disappointed!!! I placed my order by phone was told it would be ready in 20 mins…. Arrive and it takes 10 mins for someone to come to the window. We were told they were short staffed cool no problem. The guy leaves and never comes back! We sit there for 30 more mins for him to come and say oh we have a $400 dollar order we are working on and waiting on your fries to be done… I paid and had to wait another 20 mins and fries still not done! Asked for a refund and left! Never came and told us anything about our order. Customer service was horrible! Will never return here again!

Ordered a pan pizza for carry out but when I got home and checked the box it was a regular hand tossed pizza. The Pizza Hut doesn’t close until 12 so I called at 11 but they are apparently “closed” and aren’t answering the phone

Pizza was cold and my breadsticks were literally just a plain block of bread. Spent $45 on the most disgusting pizza and breadsticks ive ever had. I thought it was gunna taste like the little personal pizzas from tacobell/pizza hut but no.
