Ordered for delivery, driver hurried to place entire order on porch without even ringing doorbell. Pizza was cold, no marinara sauce for breadsticks, wrong drink was given as well. Called to speak with an employee, employee says driver is not responsible for doordash but it is you PIZZA PATRON who prepares the orders for customers delivery. Then while still on the phone (me the customer) hears the employee speaking amongst co-workers & not even replying back to resolve the issue on the phone. I have to tell you PIZZA PATRON employee you have ZERO PROFESSIONALISM & have no business in customer service at all. What a waste of time & money at this location. REVIEWERS PLEASE READ THIS take your money elsewhere & don't bother ordering from this LOCATION. OWNER/MANAGER this crew that I dealt with tonight is definitely going to bring your business down the drain !!! You get 1⭐ in order for me to post publicly across Google

Teach your employees basic manners. I came in to pick up my pizza before 11 p.m., and the young boy at the counter gave me a nasty look. He shoved the pizza towards me. That isn't okay. It wasn't free, I paid for it. I understand they want to go home, but that isn't a valid reason to be disrespectful. I always go to Papa johns, but I chose to stop here to try the new advertised pizza. Seems like shopping here is a huge inconvenience to the employees.

A year ago I praised this place a lot, I loved the store regardless of the impossibility of finding a place to park my car, in short I really liked this place, BUT……. Today the story changes since a couple of days ago I had unpleasant bad service and received bad treatment from the person who is supposed to be well trained and empathetic, and polite and kind towards us as clients "THE MANAGER" rude to zero empathy and the antagonism that surpasses his ego, he was never kind and never gave a solution to the reason why I requested his presence, which was not something impossible, he was not looking for a discount or free pizza, I guarantee that, I only asked for a little more time, my order in the oven because that's how my family and I like to enjoy the almost toasted pizzas and the well-baked wings, in short, a person with a bad attitude thinks he or she is the owner, I don't know, but he told me NO, YES THAT'S THE WAY I WANTED AND IF NOT NO WAY because they had a lot of work what??????? I asked him for a reason and raising his voice he told me “don't you see that there are many other orders” wow but in a very bad way really and showing off in front of the other customers. Unfortunately for me the place was full and I was accompanied by my family this situation was very uncomfortable I felt so ashamed. And from that moment on, my family and I decided never to return. I don't know where to express my complaint and that it really be followed up and seriously as a Corporate, because as a client I deserve respect, I am not looking for anything more than a sincere apology and, I hope the necessary training is given to the people I have to deal with with clients and MAXIME in the case of the “Manager”.

Terrible treatment by the manager :( bad service and bad treatment!! They canceled my pizza because they didn't have cheese and they still couldn't give me the refund immediately and when they made the claim they said that in three days and it's already TWO Weeks and still They can't give the refund :( they still want to refund with credit as if they gave very good service!!

The food is great and always cooked quick! Sometimes when I want some late night pizza I call and the time it takes me to get there driving it is already ready! On top of that it always comes out with great quality!

Had a minor issue that was easily resolved by Maria. She was awesome and very hospitable! When I walked in you could see her handling ALL areas while her coworker just stood their blindly. The pizza was amazing, Gracias Maria! Give this women a raise!

What a bear that the phone is always disconnected, you always have to order until there, because the Tel. doesn't work, a pure waste of time??always the same thing and suddenly one arrives and I don't know if it is open or closed until the open sign It's off ?

Awful! Uncooked and the manager didn't carePicked up 2 pizzas and the spinach one was uncooked you can see in the picture attached and no that is not cheese ! I immediately called in spoke to an employee who communicated my concern to a manager i got asked for pictures as proof for a refund and i sent them in 1 month in no communication or refund.
