I ordered 2 peperoni through door dash and it was freaking amazing. Way better than my normal pizza(dominos) but i still order hereregularly(once a month). So good I had to call and see who was the manager. Ashanti I believe her name was. She obviously knows how to run a shift!

I'm a loyal customer and have always loved your pizza and service. However, my recent visit April 18 around 8:30 pm was a letdown. The service was rude and unfriendly, which was a stark contrast to my usual experience. The pizza itself was freshly made, but unfortunately, the cheese was melted all over the box, making a mess. I'm surprised given the usual high quality of your pizzas.

I hope you can look into the service issues and ensure pizzas are packaged properly. I'd appreciate a refund or discount on my next order.

Tried calling. They answer I Spanish. I tried to ask a question, they place me on hold, then they don't answer. I called again three times thinking the phone call was just dropping but no, they kept hanging up today. So ridiculous.

Great deal was going on. 7.99 a large 1 topping. Great tates. Wheelchair access. Great atmosphere.

Ordered for delivery, driver hurried to place entire order on porch without even ringing doorbell. Pizza was cold, no marinara sauce for breadsticks, wrong drink was given as well. Called to speak with an employee, employee says driver is not responsible for doordash but it is you PIZZA PATRON who prepares the orders for customers delivery. Then while still on the phone (me the customer) hears the employee speaking amongst co-workers & not even replying back to resolve the issue on the phone. I have to tell you PIZZA PATRON employee you have ZERO PROFESSIONALISM & have no business in customer service at all. What a waste of time & money at this location. REVIEWERS PLEASE READ THIS take your money elsewhere & don't bother ordering from this LOCATION. OWNER/MANAGER this crew that I dealt with tonight is definitely going to bring your business down the drain !!! You get 1⭐ in order for me to post publicly across Google

Teach your employees basic manners. I came in to pick up my pizza before 11 p.m., and the young boy at the counter gave me a nasty look. He shoved the pizza towards me. That isn't okay. It wasn't free, I paid for it. I understand they want to go home, but that isn't a valid reason to be disrespectful. I always go to Papa johns, but I chose to stop here to try the new advertised pizza. Seems like shopping here is a huge inconvenience to the employees.
