I keep coming back because the wings are the best. I always order my food online to go. I went recently and it took awhile before I was even acknowledged although there were at least 3-4 staff upfront. This is common and I’ve experienced this several times. I received my bag of food and went home to realize my order of wings was missing. I only had fries. I called and spoke to a manager and they did redo the wings. I went back to get my correct order, however I really wished they would’ve remade everything. My fries were cold and no longer edible by the time I ate. This on top of the lackluster service from the people working up front pretty much sealed the deal that I won’t be returning.

We had specifically asked about the Thursday free appetizer deal and the waitress had made it clear to us we would be getting two free appetizers with what we had ordered after waiting a very long time for our check she comes back unapologetically saying that she could only give us one free appetizer. This is completely on YOU. You made a mistake and told us the wrong thing, super unprofessional.
Specifically asked the waitress before ordering if we have to order two wing combos or can we just order one wing combo and a 5 price wings for the free appetizer on Thursday. The bill comes and we have to pay for the appetizer because she lied to us.

I joined the Pluckers club for the “free appetizer” that was supposed to be immediately after joining. I was still charged. My bill was $47 and all I got was a combo, a well shot ($3.50) and a dirty coke ($5). Make it make sense to me. I was charged 20% gratuity and it was only 3 tickets, not six. I had an infant, a toddler, and a kindergartner and two other adults. The other two adults were also charged a 20% gratuity. I was advised not to go here but I went anyway. I feel so disappointed.
