I keep coming back because the wings are the best. I always order my food online to go. I went recently and it took awhile before I was even acknowledged although there were at least 3-4 staff upfront. This is common and I’ve experienced this several times. I received my bag of food and went home to realize my order of wings was missing. I only had fries. I called and spoke to a manager and they did redo the wings. I went back to get my correct order, however I really wished they would’ve remade everything. My fries were cold and no longer edible by the time I ate. This on top of the lackluster service from the people working up front pretty much sealed the deal that I won’t be returning.

We had specifically asked about the Thursday free appetizer deal and the waitress had made it clear to us we would be getting two free appetizers with what we had ordered after waiting a very long time for our check she comes back unapologetically saying that she could only give us one free appetizer. This is completely on YOU. You made a mistake and told us the wrong thing, super unprofessional.
