I moved from the Philly area down to Texas. I purchased pretzels from the Pretzel Factories two to three times a week. These Philadelphia Pretzel Factories are an embarrassment to the locations in southeast PA. All they had to do was hire half competent employees and bake dough with an auto timer. It ain’t that hard. What a waste of dough. Now I know why all the locations shut down here.

There’s never anyone at the front of the store. Two days in a row there hasn’t been anyone to come take my order so I left and went somewhere else.

I wonder has management changed here. These reviews are horrible. People are saying the same thing. I hope the owner sees this and realizes they need to replace the team if they haven’t already. I was gonna try them out but nope.

I bought five pretzels for $5 each, and every pretzel was burnt. This is super disgusting that you guys will charge this much for burnt food, and I had no idea it was burnt until I got to my car, like why would you even sell me that?

my first and last time i’ll ever be coming to this place. i’d give zero stars if i could. girl who took my order was so rude. sorry you had to get off your phone to warm some pretzels up in the microwave. didn’t mean to be such an inconvenience to you. definitely think she needs customer service.
I just bought 4 pretzels around at 3:10pm at this place. This lady was really rude and threw our pretzels without a bag and we had a lot of stuffs in our hands struggling. It’s really disappointing. She needs to be more professional to the customers.

I would give no stars if I could the lady that worked on 4/25 around 7:30 had the worst attitude ever and even snatched the bell from my disabled sister. this is my second time receiving Service from her and it was just 100% horrible ! Then on top of it all she gave me an stale pretzel and she wouldn’t replace it. I would say it’s time to have customer service training but the other young ladies are sweet. You lost a loyal customer today .
Waited 20 minutes and no one was around no be back sign no nothing at least make it self service or something because at least 8 people came stopped then left. Who runs a business like this ?
