Poor service, we asked to sit at a booth and she denies us seats, didn’t even try to accommodate at all. Didn’t try the food but overall bad experience

Good food all round. My entrée steak was on the small side I felt but beyond that I enjoyed my meal very much as did my wife and son. The taco plate trip my son got looked amazing. A steak, chicken and shrimp taco in homemade flour tortillas. My wife's chicken plate had a killer cheese sauce that was smoky and nutty. A native cheese from El Salvador we were told. The red sauce on my Bisteca Salvadoreno was amazing! Like enchilada sauce but more smoky. The sautéed veggies my wife and I got with our plates were very fresh and well seasoned also. It did take about 20 minutes or so for the entrees to come out after ordering which was a bit long I felt being they were not too busy at all yet when we sat down at 530pm on a Saturday. I'd like to come back and try their fish plates next time. The whole grilled tilapia had my attention on the menu so next time I'll try that for sure. Service was super kind and friendly as well.

The morning shift workers are very excellent at what they do, but the afternoon workers spend their time talking and talking in the kitchen, and if you touch their glass, they get upset and tell you that you're a slob. I repeat, the food is excellent and the morning staff is very good, but the afternoon staff are incompetent people.

My daughter and I enjoyed their breakfast (Desayuno Salvadoreño ) so much my coworkers and I ordered lunch the next day and we all loved it. This is very authentic Salvadorean food. Reminds me of food I grew up with in Guatemala. Well be going back very soon!!

I have been here several times hoping I would get better service next time but each time they fail horribly. I do like their food but the servers are the ones that will make someone not want to come back 🙃

The caldo de pollo was magnificent. My mother was sick and wasn't eating much but she ate the whole bowl! It was delicious and she would recommend. She was skeptical because it's not a mexican restaurant but that was soon over as she tried the meal. It was a take out order so I do not know about the atmosphere but it seemed pretty laid back. Some were conversing and others were watching a big screen tv.

I love their papusas. The waitress we had was so nice and accommodating. The style inside is very nice.

I personally don't like salsa de leche but I tried it anyways and it was good. Really authentic. The fried plantains and yucca was good.

The jugo was off-the-chain. Personally I don't like sweet drinks but if you do like sweet drinks then you'll love the jugos. It's natural fruit sweet not sugary.

I was just super impressed. The prices are not bad for today's economy. (I got the big mixer plate for only 15 bucks). I think we spent 30 total though it was my birthday so we could have eaten well on 20 bucks. I recommend at least trying it.

As you expect with Salvadorian, the papusas are sooo good. I got loroco but they offered other flavours. They were stuffed full of caso Blanco. Mmm MmmMmmMm.

It was Sunday afternoon and the place was not very busy so I don't understand why service was so slow. Otherwise the food was great. Bartender was not there so drinks were limited.
