This location doesn’t deserve any star ratings, about three weeks ago there was a hair in my southwest wrap when I returned the manager remade my food which I changed to a salad instead he used NO GLOVES… it starts with management leading as an example. I’ve also seen an employee clean up with a white cloth using those same gloves to wrap a wrap that’s is 100 percent unsanitary and gross I feel bad whoever ordered that pickup order / wrap. I went in yesterday which is a couple weeks after that situation and again another thick hair in my southwest wrap after have way of eating ( men’s beard or hair by the texture and length) I called and spoke to another manager name Kate, at this point I don’t need my food remade I’m disgusted with what can possibly be going behind the kitchen. I rather stick with going to the saltas on Preston rd.

Writing this review while sitting in the restaurants parking lot. I ordered 2 salads, soup, and 2 cookies to go. The customer service service was non existent. Two young ladies were working on here on this Sunday evening as Inwrite this review. Neither one of them greeted me. I asked if all of my food was in the bag because it looked kind of sparse. The young lady very non-chalantly replied yeah everything is there. I took my bag and walked right out. No thank you, have a nice day. NOTHING!! She definitely needs to go through training again on how to treat/talk to paying customers.

I went into the store about 15 minutes before closing and received the best service. Moises assisted me with my salad choices and was very courteous and nice, as well as the other young man who finished my salad with the protein. The food items were fresh, and behind the counter work area was neat, clean and very organized. My salad was great!

Ordered this place on DoorDash and that was a huge mistake apparently. This store does not pay attention to detail. I ordered 2 drinks - didn’t receive them I ordered a bowl of soup but got a cup I ordered a side of avocado - missing I ordered a salad - only thing right Croissant - was hard and cold. Not edible I also requested utensils that didn’t come. I paid $46 for the food which is insane and only received a $15 credit. Make it make sense!!! I do not recommend at all!
