I first was introduced to salata in Houston, I was impressed with the quality of their food and their customer service. They always ask me if I have nut allergies and As a mom of a child with severe nut allergies I was very disappointed in the handling of the protein. Today at the mesquite location the woman serving me accidentally knocked a piece of the pesto chicken into the buffalo, she never asked me about nut allergies. When I told her what she did and that she might want to get it out of there she used more buffalo chicken to cover it. That is VERY DANGEROUS! You can kill someone who has a severe allergy! I will not come back to this location because of this!

Horrible staff the manager val was very inconsiderate and said a few racial slurs to my friend that was with me when i went back again to give it another chance the shift lead (i think her name was ash) was very rude and just wasnt helpful at all with my purchase the only person at the entire establishment i can say was helpful was the assistant manager he came to help me and my husband and was very respectful in all i would say you need to fire the general manager and do a revamp of your staff

I came here as I was craving a salad and I just have to say my standards weren’t just met but overwhelmed. The employees are the nicest I’ve ever encountered with, super friendly and made me feel at home, Noah’s energy is extremely joyful and contagious. The best yet has to be the southwest chicken salad paired with the tomato basil soup, it was tooo good!! Salata has such an amazing crew for their business.
Love this place so much!! Whenever I drive by or thinking what to eat that's healthy, you can't go wrong. I took a new coworker there and she loved it!!

This was the dirtiest Salata I’ve ever been too. Everything was old. The trays were sloppy and had food spilled all over them. I asked for the shrimp on my salad and the lady dropped shrimp juice on top of another piece of meat. The place needs to be inspected by the board of health ASAP. I was so nervous that I would catch food poisoning how nasty and disgusting this place was. Salata do better !!!
