This is my first time visiting and all I can say is the only thing good I had was the service. Our server was very nice and attentive. I asked for a water with a lemon and the lemon was molded. The food took forever to come and the steak was very bland and DRY ( I asked for medium well). Overall I wasn’t pleased with the food and just wanted voice the experience I had. 5/10 and I would have rated it higher just for waiter but I don’t want to give people the wrong idea about the actual food being that high 👎🏾

Rashad is an Awesome server. We had a Birthday dinner here with a group of 10 and no one went without a full glass and no orders were incorrect. Great place to eat and make sure to ask for Rashad!

My husband and I were out and ended up at salt grass where we were seated immediately. The service and server was excellent. The food was amazing 😍. We have a new favorite spot my husband even said that the water was good 😂

I visited this establishment with the expectation of a satisfactory dining experience, but unfortunately, the entire experience was subpar. We placed our order for bread, beverages, and an appetizer. The beverages and appetizer were delivered, however, my drink was not prepared as requested, and upon inquiry, I was informed that the necessary ingredients were unavailable. The bread was excessively dry, which should have served as an indication of the issues to come. Furthermore, the hostess consistently approached our table, seemingly to assess the availability of other tables. Our entrees took approximately 40 minutes to arrive, and upon inspection, my steak was overcooked, the shrimp were not properly cleaned, and my friend's steak was cooked to an unacceptable level. The truffle fries lacked truffle flavor, instead tasting of Parmesan and garlic, and the crawfish was overcooked. Our waiter was the highlight of our visit, as he graciously offered to replace our entrees. We requested to speak with the manager, who offered a complimentary slice of cheesecake as a gesture of goodwill. In retrospect, I wish I had declined to pay for the meal, as the total cost was $145, and we were unable to consume the majority of the food, aside from the appetizer and salad.

I was celebrating my 71st birthday with 30 of my family and friends, and this male manager came in the room asking who is responsible for party in a loud tone . After my wife and daughter spoke up it was a disagreement about weather room was a rental are a reservation that's when got down right rude with my wife and daughter. Finally a female manager came and cleared up the problem. And there was no apologies for the incident. It may not matter but me are my family will never dart the doors of saltgrass steak house again. The people that served the food did a great job ,and the food was great. But the male manager doesn't have any idea on how conduct business for saltgrass.

So first thing first, Salt Grass is not a steak house imo. It's a steak restaurant. So the quality is what is for the price. So as long as you go there with realist expectations, then you won't be disappointed. Overall all my experiences at Saltgrass have been positive. They usually have great service, and their appetizers are fantastic.
