Ordered a chai; got what tastes like a burnt espresso drink. I went back and said I think I got someone else’s drink and the cashier stated “Nope that’s our chai you got the right drink”. If it’s their proper chai, it is the worst chai I have ever had. It tastes like a plain bitter cappuccino, coffee drink. And I was hoping there would be more of a conversation about remaking the drink if I didn’t like it. First time here, probably last time here.

I placed a mobile order and had a few customizations due to allergies. I get there and the first drink was made incorrectly so they remake it. However the second drink was also made incorrectly with ingredients that I am deathly allergic to. The remake took about 15 minutes to do so I just asked for a refund. Then I was told that only managers can do a refund and I will have to come back on Monday in order to get one since the shift lead working was not able to.. When last time I was able to get a refund when they were out of my food item, and he was not a manager. The crew that was working on 10/18/2025 at 11:30am was rude and unprofessional. The drink that was handed to me could have put me in the hospital. I did customizations for this reason and they could not make the drink correctly despite my order saying what needed to be changed. Now I have to wait until Monday to get a refund. Very unprofessional.

Carmelicis was great! I get blended the last few time But The guy working the window was cussing very loud like yelling talking to the other person working with my kids in the backseat. They heard it all. Very unprofessional, I won’t be back to this location

Joe has excellent customer service he made it fun for me to order in the drive thru and gave me some knowledge about how the app. The pomegranate peach lemonade was good just a little sweet but if you like sweet go for it.

My favorite coffee shop in Mesquite!!! Morning shift and night get the job done!! Excellent service! I would know my children work here. Even when they aren’t working the service is top tier!!!
I go to Scooters often. If you want friendly service hope that Lily, Camron, Ariel, or T are helping you. There are a couple other friendly employees at each location, but I haven't learned their names.

I absolutely love this Scooters location! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, they really go out of their way to brighten your day. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They even give out stickers sometimes and let me know when they’re selling shirts or other fun stuff. Honestly, they’re the best part of my lunch break. This place is worth the stop every time!
