Service was great staff were super helpful However the ice is super dirty and drinks make you sick cause the ice is so dirty. I through it was just the coffee but after seeing how cloudy the ice is in all drinks I will not be returning

These kids do not care what cold brew is, and often serve ice coffee thinking no one will notice the difference.
But lately if I get the caramel one, it turns out to be real cold brew. Today I drove off and was on my way to start my day before I took a sip. This is some pumpkin spice egg nog gross nonsense. I am not a PSL girlie.
I go because we’re boycotting SBucks, and this is the only place with a drivethru nearby. I will not be going back.

I’ve frequently visited this Scooter’s and never had any issues. Everyone is always super kind, and the coffee is great. Today I did an order on my app and pulled into the drive through and got it. Was not greeted at all just handed my coffee. As I pulled off and took a sip it was not my brown sugar cinnamon latte, so I went back through and told them. The girl at the speaker was very nice & said she’d re make it. Waited in line behind 1 car for almost 15 mins before finally getting to the window where I wasn’t greeted or apologized to at all just handed a coffee. The second coffee was better but still not the usual, and there was grounds in the coffee. Super disappointed at my service there today.

It seems that they can never get the order right lately.
I stopped by Scooter’s Coffee on May 11th around 2 PM, and I have to say—wow. I hadn’t been to Scooter’s in a while, but this visit completely changed that. The drink I ordered was phenomenal. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly made—it honestly blew me away.
It was so good, it made me want to come back every single day. Big shoutout to the barista who made it; you absolutely nailed it. Scooter’s, you’ve officially won me back!

Scooter's Coffee is a drive-thru facility with no inside access to customers. Only via drive- thru. Their coffee is great!!! Their main menu is coffee. However, it is not the only drink they... They have multiple of beverages to offer... energy drinks of different forms. As well as, teas, either hot or cold w/ or w/out flavors w/ types of milk to add to preference to u and brunch foods.
