We had an exceptional time. We had a total of 12 people at our table. The food was fresh and hot. Mel was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. She was nice and polite. Mel also mad sure all our needs were met. Great service!!

Haven't been to Shell Shack in forever! First time to this location.
When I walked in, the hostess was sitting at the stand on her phone watching TikToks...looked up at me and just said "For 1?" No one greets/welcomes you into an establishment anywhere around this town!
I order the MVP, which came out in good time and tasted great. Only complaints I have are the sausages tasted kind of weird and the crab was light on meat inside...

The food was great. We had crab nachos, MVIP and P Boys. My husband loved the Pboys. But the server with the long braided red hair need some training with customers service. She was on her phone at front desk most of the time. She barely came to the table. Over all good food very very bad customer service.
