The lady was not to friendly at all nor sanitary. The Black lady was extremely, courteous and professional but the other lady in the pic was the opposite. She acted as if she was annoyed that you asked what drinks were which because they were not marked and also for a carrier because none was given.

I visited this location today, meet with a poor experience. While waiting in line, I was skipped when an employee served someone she clearly knew personally, ringing them up ahead of me. Not only did this delay my order, but the employee continued chatting instead of helping other customers. After waiting a couple of minutes, I left without ordering. It’s disappointing to see favoritism and lack of professionalism. Just out of the awful service, wouldn’t even consider going this location. It’s seems like it’s completely worth the drive to just go to a more established and professional location. At least you wouldn’t be waiting for an employee to finish her conversation to have your order taken.

On this very hot day of August it seems like this would have been a good idea however the staff moved entirely too slowly and the lack of effort to assist customers as three workers huddled up. It seems as if the cashier could barely understand English. I normally would be ok with the wait but it seems like it was due to lack of training. Hopefully it gets better!
