I ordered from here a while ago and had a bad experience but still decided to give them another chance. The customer service is horrible, when you walk in the workers don’t even look at you. I ordered 2 bowls and one of them had more granola than açaí. The açaí was so watery.

Went there on my lunch break on 4/3/24 at 11:15 to get a smoothie and it was only one cashier working. Two other guys as well. Four other customers are in front of me and it took them literally 6 to 8 minutes to get to each customer. After Standing there 10 minutes just waiting I left. That's very poor service and want be coming back.

They gave people who came after me their orders! I ordered OLO and still had to wait 20 minutes! They were asking if I even paid because they didn't get my order and even questioned if my email of the order was "real" like seriously? I'm gonna come steal some smoothies? Won't return to this location. The older man with the navy blue however was real nice and he's the one that got my order rolling.

I order a 20 oz smoothie at 641pm, 654pm no smoothie and they hadn't even started on my order. 3 people including myself walked out without a smoothie because of lack of effective communication. There is a price difference on the smoothie bowls. The counter tops are nasty and a health violation. Last time ever coming here.

Hello, I believe this location could use some edification. Upon visit as you walk in there’s a slight smell of old mop water. The floor could use a broom. Last but most importantly. The customer service was not a great experience. While waiting on my order I visually notice the staff playing and not prioritizing business. Mostly talking amongst each other and not efficiently and effectively working amongst each other to get the order out in a timely matter.
