This location is absolutely horrible! Everything about the food is poor quality! They can't even get your order right 9 times out of 10!

They lost our order while we waited 40 minutes and didn’t have a reason on why it wasn’t made or why it wasn’t in the system after we ordered food. I understand that it might take more than four minutes especially if it’s pack but not that long
I don't visit all the time. But I stopped in a got me a caramel sundae with brownie bites. Very good. Not too much, it was just right. A great small desert to hit that sweet spot.

This location charges extra for sauces with your order. The food is hit or miss here as well. Today we got 3 chili dogs. One of these was rotten. If you are close to a different Sonic than the one on Cartwright. Go there instead.

I got home a found that the fries were so greasy they were inedible, so I went to try my burger and the same thing. The person on the phone was named Teresa she said she was the person in charge so I told her what the issues were. She stated I had to wait until morning to get it resolved. I told her so I had to wait to get food she said yes. I said go check on your cook and see what's going on and she stated basically she was too busy to do so. I've been going to this place and never had issues but today this Teresa lady didn't care enough about what I felt about the food or getting in redone because she stated she's had the same cook since 5 today. I guess she doesn't care enough to fix the issue or check to see if between 5 and 9 pm if something changed. I try to support all businesses but this lady made me feel discouraged to do so.

My daughter got a coupon from her teacher as a gift, but this location refused to take the coupon saying that, "we will not accept the coupon because this location isn't a participant" the coupon is now useless in my daughter's hand. She will probably thinking that the teacher lied to her!

My card is kind of old, the strip no longer works. This location doesn't have chip insert inside, but the car hops use to key in my card number. Today I was told that the Owner no longer allows that. Use to eat at this location 1-4 times a week for the past 2 years without fail. I'll be giving my business to Taco Bell until this location can accept payment options newer than 1999.
