They show on the monitor they are on their way out within a couple minutes of ordering but will take an additional 10 to 15 minutes to actually bring you your order,rude and wants to charge for marinara for mozzarella sticks Akira if that’s how it’s spelled has no kind of good customer service at all no smile didnt show she wanted to be at work at all. Stay home if you don’t want to work!

I had never been to this location but I go to Sonic drive ins regularly. This one was very busy at the time I went. The person that was taking the orders wasn't the most friendly sounding. I only ordered a drink which took several minutes to be delivered. I understood that since they were so busy at the time. I went during Happy Hour so drinks are supposed to be half price. I didn't understand the final charge because, while it was almost half price, it was still more than half. I'm not too worried about it but wanted to mention it.

Is it me or does every fast food restaurant serve you cold food. Well this sonic is no exception. After waiting over 30 minutes due to only one carhop serving over 20 cars I received a cold burger / fries and a nun carbonated drink. This Sonic location has been going downhill for months. I think they have finally reached rock bottom.

We pulled up to this place 10 minutes before closing hoping it wouldn't be a big deal since we were only getting slushies, we pressed the button and we were told they were no longer serving food. we said it was fine and asked for a minute to figure out our flavors, they then proceeded to ignore us after that and turned off all the lights about 5 minutes later.. they could've at least had the common decency and told us they were "closed" since technically they weren't instead of rudely ignoring us

Every time we come here it’s the slowest service ever, even if you just buy a drink. At least 20-30 min. There’s always attitude from the employees who shouldn’t be there if they don’t want to work anyway. And don’t expect ranch/marinara or any kind of sauce that should regularly come with your order, because they are too lazy to put any in. Or they try to charge you for it when it should already come with your order smfh.

The GM is amber and she does NOT care how her location is being run. From 10:30pm to closing they only allow drink orders. And if you try to argue with them they laugh in your face and say they aren’t a corporate store so there’s no point in complaining because NOTHING will happen. They are the most disrespectful workers ever. The young African American guy with glasses said… “do you expect me to serve food till 11pm when we close at 11 and I’ll have to clean everything and close… you aren’t special”
I can’t believe these are the people who represent the company. I’ll be going everywhere else BUT SONIC.

They stop serving food at 10:30pm. From 10:30pm to closing they only allow drink orders. And if you try to argue with them they laugh, blow you a kiss and say they aren’t corporate so there’s no point in complaining. The GM is amber and she does NOT care how her store is being run. They are the most disrespectful workers ever. The African American male with the glasses/short hair and other African American with long twist really need to fired. You shouldn’t be that desperate to keep employees like that when so many people are looking for jobs that actually want to work.

Took 20 mins for a kids meal. Then when I got it, it was made wrong so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it. And it was wrong again!!!!

I’m not understanding how and why would you guys allow a worker speak to customers the way she did today. I pulled up to the drive thru around 6:35-6:49, I immediately say give me a second to young lady. I waited a sec or two she comes back on and says you can go to a stall until you figure out what you want. I stated that’s not how you speak to any customer and she said yall tells them to say that. Like how dear yall have someone working for yall like this. This is so disrespectful and unprofessional and I will never go back there again and will be calling corporate this is unacceptable.

I order from the app. When I got to the store, I told the app what style I was at. The screen said my order was on its way 10 minutes later. Still wasn’t there so I hit the red button. Ask where it is two minutes later they gave me a response and food came out. We waited for 15 minutes for some drinks.
Long wait time even though there was no car in front of me in drive thru and I only ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a lemonade. Upon receiving my oder, fries were not hot. Very disappointing!
I just went to Sonic for a chocolate shake and a bag of ice. There were 2 vehicles in line at the window in front of me. Someone asked over the speaker if I could wait a moment. Sure. Ten minutes later the scenario hasn't changed except for cars behind me. One woman was shouting at me to move so that she could order. By now the 2 vehicles at the window have gone and still no one has taken my order. So I pull up to the window and a person opened it and looked at me. So I explained the situation, nicely, and asked if she could take my order. No, she has to take an order out. Is there someone else who might could help me? I've been waiting a long time. She repeats this to Amber (manager?) who tells her that I need to go around to a stall or drive thru. The person at the window did not even look at me, she just closed the window. I never once raised my voice or acted like a "Karen" in any way. But I did take my business to Griff's who has the nicest staff and is always so clean. I will still spend my $3.24 at Sonic for a bag of ice, but on burger night Griff's will get my $30. And besides, Griff's shakes are the best!
