Staff seems inexperienced. Waited at the drive through to order for 15 minutes with no answer. The car in front had already left. Staff doesn’t know who let the customer know there is a wait. Or something. Just ignored us when we pulled up to the pick up window. We literally had to know on the glass window. The staff did not know how to respond when we told them we were waiting at the order screen. They just stared like…. Have you ever spoken to a customer before??? We left without food knowing it would not be any good.

I used to love the frito pie burrito. Saw that it was on the menu today and it was chilly out so I wanted something warm so I ordered one. I knew something was wrong when I get it because I didn’t feel anything warm when I went to grab it so I decided to wait to get home to warm it up. So I finally get ready to eat it and go to a bite. Why is it all chips! These folks squirted a little chilli on these chips like it was some sour cream . My mouth is still dry from the first bite. The pics actually make it look like like it’s more chilli than it actually is. Terrible experience.

Your male employee working the drive thru tonight gave me two drinks and a Sunday. Gave us 3 spoons and no straws, he didn't say a word or give us our receipt and walked away from the window. While we try to get his attention for straws he makes eye contact 3 times and ignores us.... Seriously. Not that the bar for sonic employees is high, but make it make sense.

The WORST customer service ever, they take forever to take your order, you can clearly see the staff not working and when they finally see you they are rude!
